Claims (18)
- 광범위한 스트레칭에 의해 재분리 가능하고, 적어도 하나의 감압 접착제 층을 포함하는, 자가 접착 프로덕트(self-adhesive product)로서,
a) 적어도 28 wt% 및 최대 58 wt%의 엘라스토머 성분 ―
i. 상기 엘라스토머 성분은 각각의 경우에 상기 엘라스토머 성분을 기준으로 하여, 적어도 60 wt%, 바람직하게는 최대 90 wt%의, 적어도 18 wt%의 폴리비닐방향족 분율 및 GPC에 의해 결정된(시험 I), 100,000 내지 500,000 g/mol의 피크 몰 질량을 갖는 수소화된 폴리비닐방향족-폴리디엔 블록 코폴리머를 포함하고,
ii. 상기 폴리디엔 블록은 실질적으로 완전히 수소화되고,
iii. 상기 수소화된 폴리비닐방향족-폴리디엔 블록 코폴리머는 ABA 구조, (AB)nZ 구조(n = 2임) 또는 방사형 (AB)n 구조 또는 방사형 (AB)n-Z 구조(n ≥ 3임)를 가지며, 여기서 A는 폴리비닐방향족이고, B는 에틸렌 및 부틸렌 또는 에틸렌 및 프로필렌이고, Z는 커플링 물질의 유도체이고, B 블록에서 에틸렌 분율은 바람직하게는 적어도 50 wt%이고,
iv. 상기 엘라스토머 성분은 상기 엘라스토머 성분을 기준으로 하여, 최대 35 wt%의, A'B' 구조 또는 (A'B')nZ 구조(n = 1임)를 갖는 적어도 1종의 수소화된 디블록 코폴리머를 포함하고, 여기서 A' = 폴리비닐방향족이고, B'는 에틸렌 및 부틸렌 또는 에틸렌 및 프로필렌이고, Z는 커플링 물질의 유도체이고, A'는 A일 수 있고/거나 B'는 B일 수 있음 ―,
b) 점착부여 수지 성분,
c) 임의로 가소제 성분,
d) 임의로 추가의 애주번트
를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 감압 접착제 층 ― 상기 엘라스토머 성분의 분율은 상기 감압 접착제의 총 중량을 기준으로 함 ―, 및 또한
적어도 하나의 플라이(ply)의 임시 캐리어 물질("이형 라이너")을 포함하는, 자가 접착 프로덕트. - 광범위한 스트레칭에 의해 재분리 가능하고, 적어도 하나의 감압 접착제 층을 포함하는, 자가 접착 프로덕트로서,
a) 적어도 28 wt% 및 최대 58 wt%의 엘라스토머 성분 ―
i. 상기 엘라스토머 성분은 각각의 경우에 엘라스토머 성분을 기준으로 하여, 적어도 60 wt%, 바람직하게는 최대 90 wt%의, 적어도 18 wt%의 폴리비닐방향족 분율 및 GPC에 의해 결정된(시험 I), 100,000 내지 500,000 g/mol의 피크 몰 질량을 갖는 수소화된 폴리비닐방향족-폴리디엔 블록 코폴리머를 포함하고,
ii. 상기 폴리디엔 블록은 실질적으로 완전히 수소화되고,
iii. 상기 수소화된 폴리비닐방향족-폴리디엔 블록 코폴리머는 ABA 구조, (AB)nZ 구조(n = 2임) 또는 방사형 (AB)n 구조 또는 방사형 (AB)n-Z 구조(n ≥ 3임)를 가지며, 여기서 A는 폴리비닐방향족이고, B는 에틸렌 및 부틸렌 또는 에틸렌 및 프로필렌이고, Z는 커플링 물질의 유도체이고, B 블록에서 에틸렌 분율은 바람직하게는 적어도 50 wt%이고,
iv. 임의로 상기 엘라스토머 성분은 상기 엘라스토머 성분을 기준으로 하여, 최대 35 wt%의, A'B' 구조 또는 (A'B')nZ 구조(n = 1임)를 갖는 적어도 1종의 수소화된 디블록 코폴리머를 포함하고, 여기서 A' = 폴리비닐방향족이고, B'는 에틸렌 및 부틸렌 또는 에틸렌 및 프로필렌이고, Z는 커플링 물질의 유도체이고, A'는 A일 수 있고/거나 B'는 B일 수 있음 ―,
b) 점착부여 수지 성분,
c) 2 wt% 이상 및 30 wt% 이하의 가소제 성분, 및
d) 임의로 추가의 애주번트를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 감압 접착제 층 ― 상기 엘라스토머 성분의 분율은 상기 감압 접착제의 총 중량을 기준으로 함 ―, 및 또한
적어도 하나의 플라이의 임시 캐리어 물질("이형 라이너")을 포함하는, 자가 접착 프로덕트. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 자가 접착 프로덕트가 적어도 하나의 플라이의 임시 캐리어 물질("이형 라이너") 뿐만 아니라 적어도 하나의 플라이의 신장성 영구 캐리어 물질을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 광범위한 스트레칭에 의해 재분리 가능한 자가 접착 프로덕트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 감압 접착제 층의 엘라스토머 성분의 분율이, 각각의 경우에 상기 감압 접착제의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 35 wt% 내지 55 wt%, 바람직하게는 40 wt% 내지 52 wt%임을 특징으로 하는, 광범위한 스트레칭에 의해 재분리 가능한 자가 접착 프로덕트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리비닐방향족-폴리디엔 블록 코폴리머가 18 wt% 내지 35 wt%, 바람직하게는 20 wt% 내지 33 wt%의 폴리비닐방향족 분율을 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 광범위한 스트레칭에 의해 재분리 가능한 자가 접착 프로덕트.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 선형 또는 방사형 구조를 갖는 수소화된 폴리비닐방향족-폴리디엔 블록 코폴리머에 추가로, 엘라스토머 성분이 폴리비닐방향족-폴리디엔 디블록 코폴리머 A'B'를 포함하고, 추가로 바람직하게는, A' = A이고, B' = B이고, 상기 폴리디엔 블록은 실질적으로 완전히 수소화됨을 특징으로 하는, 광범위한 스트레칭에 의해 재분리 가능한 자가 접착 프로덕트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 엘라스토머 성분이 GPC에 의해 결정된, < 100,000 g/mol의 피크 분자량을 갖는 적어도 하나의 디블록 코폴리머를 포함하고, 이의 분율이 상기 엘라스토머 성분을 기준으로 하여, 최대 35 wt%, 바람직하게는 10 wt% 내지 25 wt%임을 특징으로 하는, 광범위한 스트레칭에 의해 재분리 가능한 자가 접착 프로덕트.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 점착부여 수지 성분의 분율이 각 경우에 감압 접착제의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 28 내지 55 wt%, 바람직하게는 35 wt% 내지 50 wt%임을 특징으로 하는, 광범위한 스트레칭에 의해 재분리 가능한 자가 접착 프로덕트.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 점착부여 수지 성분이 디사이클로펜타디엔을 기반으로 하는 부분적으로 또는 완전히 수소화된 수지, C5, C5/C9 또는 C9 모노머 스트림을 기반으로 하는 부분적으로 또는 완전히 수소화된 탄화수소 수지, α-피넨 및/또는 β-피넨 및 δ-리모넨을 기반으로 하는 폴리테르펜 수지, 또는 순수한 C8 또는 C9 방향족의 수소화된 폴리머를 포함하고, 상기 수지는 부분적으로 또는 완전히 수소화됨을 특징으로 하는, 광범위한 스트레칭에 의해 재분리 가능한 자가 접착 프로덕트.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 감압 접착제에서 가소제의 분율이 각 경우에 상기 감압 접착제의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 30 wt% 이하, 바람직하게는 2 내지 20 wt%, 더욱 바람직하게는 4 내지 15 wt%임을 특징으로 하는, 광범위한 스트레칭에 의해 재분리 가능한 자가 접착 프로덕트.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가소제가 적어도 100,000 g/mol 및 최대 1,000,000 g/mol의 중량-평균 몰 질량을 갖고, 선형 또는 방사형 구조를 갖는 에틸렌/프로필렌 코폴리머 또는 에틸렌/부틸렌 코폴리머 및 부틸렌/이소부틸렌 (코)폴리머로 구성된 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는, 광범위한 스트레칭에 의해 재분리 가능한 자가 접착 프로덕트.
- 제11항에 있어서, 가소제가 적어도 100,000 g/mol 및 최대 1,000,000 g/mol의 중량-평균 몰 질량을 갖고, 선형 또는 방사형 구조를 갖는 에틸렌/프로필렌 코폴리머 또는 에틸렌/부틸렌 코폴리머임을 특징으로 하는, 광범위한 스트레칭에 의해 재분리 가능한 자가 접착 프로덕트.
- 제11항에 있어서, 가소제가 적어도 3000 g/mol 및 최대 20,000 g/mol의 중량-평균 몰 질량을 갖고, 부틸렌/이소부틸렌 (코)폴리머임을 특징으로 하는, 광범위한 스트레칭에 의해 재분리 가능한 자가 접착 프로덕트.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 사용된 신장성 영구 캐리어 물질이 바람직하게는, 폴리올레핀, 이를테면, 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 부틸렌 및/또는 헥실렌, 폴리우레탄, 폴리에스테르 폴리우레탄, 폴리에테르 폴리우레탄, 폴리카프로락톤 폴리우레탄 또는 고무-기반 물질을 포함하는 광범위한 필름을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 광범위한 스트레칭에 의해 재분리 가능한 자가 접착 프로덕트.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자가 접착 프로덕트가
- 임시 캐리어 물질과 함께 단일 층의 감압 접착제로 구성된, 단일 층의 양면 자가 접착 테이프, 또는
- 층들이 각각 임시 캐리어 물질과 함께 감압 접착제로 구성되는, 다층의 양면 자가 접착 테이프, 또는
- 각각의 경우에 임시 캐리어 물질과 함께, 감압 접착제의 층에 또는 감압 접착제의 두 층 사이에 배열된 영구 캐리어를 갖는, 다층의 양면 자가 접착 테이프임을 특징으로 하는, 광범위한 스트레칭에 의해 재분리 가능한 자가 접착 프로덕트. - 제15항에 있어서, 자가 접착 프로덕트가
- 바람직하게는 폴리올레핀을 함유하는 단일 층 영구 캐리어(중간 캐리어)로 구성되고, 상기 캐리어는 적어도 100%, 바람직하게는 적어도 300%의 파단 신율, 및 임의로 50% 미만의 회복력(시험 X)을 가지며, 여기서,
- 감압 접착제 층이 상기 캐리어의 두 면 각각에 적용되고, 상기 접착제는 바람직하게는 수소화된 비닐방향족 블록 코폴리머 및 점착부여 수지를 기반으로 하고, 더욱 바람직하게는 상기 접착제들의 조성은 동일함을 특징으로 하는, 광범위한 스트레칭에 의해 재분리 가능한 자가 접착 프로덕트. - 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자가 접착 프로덕트가
- 바람직하게는 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 단일 층 영구 캐리어로 구성되고, 상기 캐리어는 적어도 100%, 바람직하게는 적어도 300%의 파단 신율, 및 임의로 50% 초과의 회복력(시험 X)을 가지며, 여기서,
― 감압 접착제 층이 상기 캐리어의 두 면 각각에 적용되고, 바람직하게는 상기 접착제들의 조성은 동일함을 특징으로 하는, 광범위한 스트레칭에 의해 재분리 가능한 자가 접착 프로덕트. - 에틸렌 (코)폴리머, 프로필렌 (코)폴리머, EPR, EPM 및/또는 EPDM을 포함하고 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 적용된 자가 접착 프로덕트를 지닌 기재, 보다 특히 구성요소.
