Claims (4)
- 교반날개가 연속으로 십자축으로 제작되어 다중회전체로 회전하여 음식물류 폐기물을 교반하는 교반기;
기설정된 두께를 가진 스테인레스 재질의 원통형상으로 구성되어 상기 음식물류 폐기물을 수용하는 챔버;
상기 챔버에 수용되는 음식물류 폐기물의 부하를 지탱하고 지지대의 회전과 감속기에 연결되는 고정축;
상기 챔버의 하부에 완전히 밀착되어 열을 직접적으로 전달하는 판히터;
상기 챔버 상측에 마련되어, 상기 판히터 동작에 대응하여 상기 챔버 내 음식물류 폐기물에서 발생되는 수증기를 배기하는 배기관; 및
상기 배기관의 타측에 마련되어 기설정된 전압의 플라즈마를 발생시켜 악취를 중화하는 플라즈마 관로;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉 고온 고속 가열 건조형 음식물류 폐기물 감량기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 챔버는,
내부에 습도 측정 센서를 마련하여 상기 챔버 내 음식물류 폐기물의 현재 수분함량을 측정하고,
상기 챔버의 하부에 기설정된 크기의 배출구를 마련하여 건조가 완료된 상기 음식물류 폐기물을 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉 고온 고속 가열 건조형 음식물류 폐기물 감량기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배기관은,
상기 배기관 내 버블형성장치를 마련하여 배기된 수증기와 물을 흡입하여 기포를 발생시켜 상기 수증기 내 미세먼지와 악취를 제거하는 1차 탈취장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉 고온 고속 가열 건조형 음식물류 폐기물 감량기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플라즈마 관로는,
상기 배기관 내 1차 탈취장치에서 탈취된 수증기에 플라즈마를 발생시키고, 상기 수증기와 반응하며 생성되는 오존을 이용하여 상기 수증기의 악취를 제거하며,
상기 오존은 배기 끝부분에 마련된 촉매를 통해 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉 고온 고속 가열 건조형 음식물류 폐기물 감량기 장치.
