Abstract

위생 패드가 개시된다. 본 발명의 위생 패드는, 패드 표면부, 패드 표면부와 이격 배치되며 사용자의 속옷과 접촉되는 속옷 접촉부 및 패드 표면부와 속옷 접촉부의 사이에 마련되는 패드 내측부가 구비된 패드 바디; 패드 바디에 마련되어 소변을 패드 내측부로 유도하는 소변 유도부; 및 소변 유도부에 마련되어 소변의 역류를 방지하는 역류 방지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

위생 패드{SANITARY PAD}
본 발명은, 위생 패드에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 유아나 성인의 소변을 흡수하여 역류를 방지할 수 있는 위생 패드에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 기저귀는 소변 및 대변을 가릴 수 없는 사람(예를 들어, 유아 및 치매 환자)이나 거동이 불편한 사람(예를 들어, 환자 및 노약자)의 대소변을 받기 위해 사용된다. 기저귀를 착용하는 사람은 대소변을 본 후, 자기 스스로 기저귀를 갈지 못하며, 대개 보호자(예를 들어, 부모, 가족, 간호사, 보육사 등)가 기저귀를 갈아주게 된다.
이러한 기저귀는 유아 또는 노인이나 요실금 환자 등이 착용하여 소변이나 분비물 또는 용변 등을 흡수하는 역할을 하는데, 통상적으로 알려진 기저귀는, 성기와 항문을 감싸며 전, 후방이 허리의 전후방으로 돌출되는 패드와, 패드의 전후방 양측에 구비되어 패드를 허리에 차는 허리 고정수단으로 구성된다.
그리고 패드는, 착용자의 성기와 항문이 밀착되어 소변이나 분비물 또는 용변을 투과시키는 상부시트와 패드의 내부에 구비되어 소변이나 분비물 또는 용변 등을 흡수 보관하는 흡수성 재료로 구성된 흡수패드와 하부에 구비되어 의복이 더럽혀지는 것을 방지하는 방수시트로 구성된다.
아울러 상부시트는 소변이나 분비물을 투과시킬 수 있도록 합성수지, 합성섬유, 천연섬유 중 하나로 구성된다.
또한 허리 고정수단은 패드의 전방이나 후방 양측에 구비되는 부착 신축띠와 부착 신축띠가 구비된 반대편의 양측에 구비되어 부착 신축띠가 부착되는 부착부로 구성되다. 그리고 부착 신축띠와 부착부는 벨크로 테이프로 구성된 것이 가장 널리 사용되고 있다.
전술한 바와 같이 구성된 기저귀는 유아 또는 노인이나 요실금 환자 등의 소변이나 분비물 또는 용변을 흡수하는 용도로 사용된다. 이와 같이 소변이나 분비물 또는 용변이 흡수된 기저귀의 젖어있는 면과 피부의 접촉으로 인해 불쾌감이 유발되고, 자신감과 생활의 의욕을 저하시키고 나아가 우울증 내지 대인기피 현상을 일으킬 수 있으며, 지속되는 습기로 인한 세균과 냄새는 사회활동을 제약하거나 다른 질병감염을 유발하는 결과를 초래하므로 이에 대한 개선책이 요구된다.
전술한 기술구성은 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위한 배경기술로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 널리 알려진 종래 기술을 의미하는 것은 아니다.

따라서 본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는, 유아나 성인의 소변을 흡수하여 역류를 방지할 수 있는 위생 패드를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 패드 표면부, 상기 패드 표면부와 이격 배치되며 사용자의 속옷과 접촉되는 속옷 접촉부 및 상기 패드 표면부와 상기 속옷 접촉부의 사이에 마련되는 패드 내측부가 구비된 패드 바디; 상기 패드 바디에 마련되어 소변을 상기 패드 내측부로 유도하는 소변 유도부; 및 상기 소변 유도부에 마련되어 상기 패드 표면부에서 상기 소변의 역류를 방지하는 역류 방지부를 포함하는 위생 패드가 제공될 수 있다.
상기 소변 유도부는, 일측부는 상기 패드 표면부에 마련되고 타측부는 상기 패드 내측부에 마련되어 상기 소변을 상기 패드 내측부로 안내하는 패드 유도 바디; 및 상기 패드 유도 바디의 내부에 마련되어 상기 패드 유도 바디로 유입되는 소변을 상기 패드 유도 바디의 내부로 안내하는 복수의 유도 라인을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 복수의 유도 라인은 모세관으로 마련될 수 있다.
상기 역류 방지부는 상기 소변 유도 바디의 내부에 석회 또는 밀전분을 구비하여 마련될 수 있다.
상기 소변 유도 바디는 상기 패드 내측부에 "ㄴ" 형태로 마련되고, 상기 패드 표면부는 엠보싱 처리될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예들은, 유아나 성인의 소변을 흡수하여 역류를 방지할 수 있는 위생 패드를 제공할 수 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 설명함으로써, 본 발명을 상세히 설명한다. 각 도면에 제시된 동일한 참조부호는 동일한 부재를 나타낸다.

이들 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 실시예에 따른 위생 패드(1)는, 패드 바디(100)와, 패드 바디(100)에 마련되어 소변을 패드 바디(100)의 내부로 유도하는 소변 유도부(200)와, 소변 유도부(200)에 마련되어 소변의 역류를 방지하는 역류 방지부(300)를 구비한다.
패드 바디(100)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 패드 표면부(110)와, 패드 표면부(110)와 이격 배치되며 사용자의 속옷과 접촉되는 속옷 접촉부(120)와,기 패드 표면부(110)와 속옷 접촉부(120)의 사이에 마련되는 패드 내측부(130)와, 패드 바디(100)에 마련되는 한 쌍의 부착부(140)를 포함한다.
패드 바디(100)의 패드 표면부(110)는, 사용자의 신체에 접촉되는 부분으로 부직포, 순면, 목재펄프 중 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 재질로 마련될 수 있다.
패드 바디(100)의 속옷 접촉부(120)는, 방수층의 역할을 하는 것으로, 고분자 합성섬유, 폴리에틸렌 필름 중 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 재질로 마련될 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 속옷 접촉부(120)는 전술한 부직포, 순면, 목재펄프 중 선택된 하나로 마련된 후 방수필름을 코팅하여 마련될 수도 있다.
패드 바디(100)의 한 쌍의 부착부(140)는, 벨크로 테입을 포함하는 재질로 마련되어 사용자의 팬티에 탈착 결합될 수 있다.
소변 유도부(200)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 패드 표면부(110)에 일측부가 마련되고 타측부는 패드 내측부(130)에 배치되어 소변을 패드 내측부(130)의 영역으로 유도할 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 소변 유도부(200)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 일측부는 패드 표면부(110)에 마련되고 타측부는 패드 내측부(130)에 마련되어 패드 표면부(110)에 있는 소변을 패드 내측부(130)로 안내하는 소변 유도 바디(210)와, 소변 유도 바디(210)의 내부에 마련되어 소변 유도 바디(210)로 유입되는 소변을 소변 유도 바디(210)의 내부로 안내하는 복수의 유도 라인(220)을 포함한다.
소변 유도부(200)의 소변 유도 바디(210)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 관 형태로 마련되어 소변 유도 바디(210)의 내부로 유입되는 소변을 소변 유도 바디(210)의 내부에 보관할 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 소변 유도 바디(210)의 내부로 유입된 소변은 소변 유도 바디(210)에 마련된 역류 방지부(300)에 의해 흡수될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 소변 유도 바디(210)는 콘돔 또는 천을 포함하는 재질로 마련될 수 있다.
소변 유도부(200)의 복수의 유도 라인(220)은, 도 2 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 소변 유도 바디(210)의 내벽에 마련되어 패드 표면부(110)에 접촉되는 소변을 소변 유도 바디(210)의 내부로 유입시킬 수 있다. 즉 본 실시 예는 복수의 유도 라인(220)이 소변의 하강 라인 역할을 하여 패드 표면부(110)에 접촉되는 소변을 소변 유도 바디(210)의 내부로 원활하게 하강시킬 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 복수의 유도 라인(220)은 실타래 모양을 가질 수 있고, 레이저로 모세관을 형성하여 소변의 능동 흡수력을 증가시킬 수 있다.
또한 본 실시 예에서 복수의 유도 라인(220)은 소변 유도 바디(210)의 상단부부터 하측부까지 마련될 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 소변 유도 바디(210)는 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 "ㄴ"자 형상을 가질 수 있고, 복수의 유도 라인(220)의 하단부는 역류 방지부(300)가 마련된 영역까지 마련될 수 있다.
역류 방지부(300)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 소변 유도 바디(210)에 마련되어 소변 유도 바디(210)의 내부에서 소변을 머금어 소변 유도 바디(210)의 내부로 유입된 소변의 역류를 방지할 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 역류 방지부(300)는 소변 유도 바디(210)의 내부에 소변을 흡수하는 석회나 밀전분을 마련하여 구비될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 석회나 밀전분은 분말로 마련된 후 소변 유도 바디(210)의 내부에 코팅 또는 별도의 부착부(140)를 통해 결합될 수 있다. 예를 들어 본 실시 예에서 역류 방지부(300)는 인체에 무해하고 소변에 내구성이 있는 천이나 필름으로 된 베이스 부재와, 베이스 부재에 마련된 석회층 또는 분말층을 포함하고, 석회층 또는 분말층은 분말로 된 석회나 밀전분을 베이스 부재에 분사하거나 도포하여 마련될 수 있다.
한편 본 실시 예는 패드 표면부(110)를 엠보싱 처리할 수 있다. 이 경우 소변이 패드 표면부(110)를 타고 흐르는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 또한 엠보싱 처리로 표면적이 확장되어 흡수의 효과를 높일 수 있다. 나아가 모세관 현상을 이용하기 위해 엠보싱 처리를 하고 엠보싱의 가장 깊은 부분에 모세관이 연결되면 소변이 모이게 되어 더욱 흡수력을 높일 수 있다. 그리고 엠보싱으로 인해 여성과 남성의 생식기에 접촉되면 면적을 최소화 할 수 있어 통풍이 되어 부작용을 줄일 수 있으며 특히 소변이 붙은 표면적과 인체 피부와 접촉을 줄일 수 있어 피부 부작용이 감소된다. 더우기 거동이 불편하여 누워 있거나 스스로 패드를 교환할 수 없는 경우에 장시간 패드를 착용해야하는 경우에특히 그 부작용을 감소시킬 수 있다.
이상에서 살펴 본 바와 같이 본 실시예는 패드 바디의 내부에 소변 유도부를 마련하고, 소변 유도부의 내부에 역류 방지부를 마련함으로써 유아나 성인의 소변을 효율적으로 흡수하여 역류를 방지할 수 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명은 기재된 실시 예에 한정되는 것이 아니고, 본 발명의 사상 및 범위를 벗어나지 않고 다양하게 수정 및 변형할 수 있음은 이 기술의 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 자명하다. 따라서 그러한 수정 예 또는 변형 예들은 본 발명의 특허청구범위에 속한다 하여야 할 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 패드 표면부, 상기 패드 표면부와 이격 배치되며 사용자의 속옷과 접촉되는 속옷 접촉부 및 상기 패드 표면부와 상기 속옷 접촉부의 사이에 마련되는 패드 내측부가 구비된 패드 바디;
    상기 패드 바디에 마련되어 소변을 상기 패드 내측부로 유도하는 소변 유도부; 및
    상기 소변 유도부에 마련되어 상기 소변의 역류를 방지하는 역류 방지부를 포함하고,
    상기 소변 유도부는, 일측부는 상기 패드 표면부에 마련되고 타측부는 상기 패드 내측부에 마련되어 상기 소변을 상기 패드 내측부로 안내하는 패드 유도 바디; 및 상기 패드 유도 바디의 내부에 마련되어 상기 패드 유도 바디로 유입되는 소변을 상기 패드 유도 바디의 내부로 안내하는 복수의 유도 라인을 포함하고,
    상기 복수의 유도 라인은 모세관으로 마련되고,
    상기 역류 방지부는 상기 소변 유도 바디의 내부에 석회 또는 밀전분을 구비하여 마련되고,
    상기 소변 유도 바디는 상기 패드 내측부에 "ㄴ" 형태로 마련되고, 상기 패드 표면부는 엠보싱 처리되는 위생 패드.
