Claims (18)
- 제1 픽셀 영역과, 하나 이상의 투광부를 포함한 제2 픽셀 영역에 입력 영상이 재현되는 표시패널;
상기 표시패널의 전면에 배치된 커버 글래스;
상기 제2 픽셀 영역과 대향하도록 상기 표시패널의 배면 아래에 배치된 광원; 및
상기 제2 픽셀 영역의 투광부와 대향하는 위치에서 커버 글래스와 상기 표시패널 중 적어도 하나에 배치되어 상기 광원으로부터의 적외선 광을 복수의 도트 빔들로 분리하는 회절 광학 소자를 포함하는 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 픽셀 영역의 PPI(Pixels Per Inch)가 상기 제1 픽셀 영역 보다 낮은 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 회절 광학 소자는,
상기 커버 글래스에 배치되거나 상기 투광부에 내장되는 DOE(Diffractive Optical Element)와 HOE(Hologram Optical Element) 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 표시장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 광원은,
상기 광원의 에미터에 배치된 시준 렌즈를 포함하는 포함하는 표시장치. - 제 3 항 또는 제4 항에 있어서,
상기 적외선 광은 상기 표시패널과 상기 커버 글래스의 평면에 대하여 수직인 각도로 상기 회절 광학 소자에 입사되는 표시장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
복수의 회절 광학 소자들이 소정 간격을 두고 이격되어 상기 투광부들 각각에 대향되고,
상기 광원은,
상기 적외선 광을 각각 발생하는 복수의 에미터들을 포함하고,
상기 에미터들 각각은 상기 투광부들에 각각 대향하도록 상기 표시패널의 배면 아래에 배치되는 표시장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 회절 광학 소자는 상기 제2 픽셀 영역에서 하나 이상의 픽셀과 상기 하나 이상의 투광부를 덮으며,
상기 광원은,
상기 적외선 광을 각각 발생하는 복수의 에미터들을 포함하고,
상기 에미터들 각각은 상기 투광부들에 각각 대향하도록 상기 표시패널의 배면 아래에 배치되는 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 회절 광학 소자는,
상기 커버 글래스의 전면 또는 배면에 접착된 홀로그램 필름에 기록된 하나 이상의 홀로그램 회절 패턴을 포함하는 표시장치. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 적외선 광은 상기 표시패널과 상기 커버 글래스의 평면에 대하여 수직인 각도로 상기 홀로그램 회절 패턴에 입사되는 표시장치. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
복수의 홀로그램 회절 패턴들이 소정 간격을 두고 이격되어 상기 투광부들 각각에 대향되고,
상기 광원은,
상기 적외선 광을 각각 발생하는 복수의 에미터들을 포함하고,
상기 에미터들 각각은 상기 투광부들에 각각 대향하도록 상기 표시패널의 배면 아래에 배치되는 표시장치. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 홀로그램 회절 패턴은 상기 제2 픽셀 영역에서 하나 이상의 픽셀과 상기 이상의 투광부를 덮으며,
상기 광원은,
상기 적외선 광을 각각 발생하는 복수의 에미터들을 포함하고,
상기 에미터들 각각은 상기 투광부들에 각각 대향하도록 상기 표시패널의 배면 아래에 배치되는 표시장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 표시패널은,
터치 센서층;
편광판; 및
상기 터치 센서층과 상기 편광판 사이에 배치된 렌즈층을 포함하고,
상기 렌즈층은,
상기 투광층과 대향하는 시준 렌즈를 포함하는 표시장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 표시패널은,
상기 제2 픽셀 영역의 픽셀들 아래에서 표시패널의 기판 상에 형성되는 제1 반사체를 더 포함하고,
상기 적외선 광원은,
상기 투광부 아래에 배치되어 상기 제2 반사체와 대향하는 제2 반사체를 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 반사체에 의해 반사된 적외선 광이 상기 제2 반사체에 의해 상기 투광부 쪽으로 반사되는 표시장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 표시패널은,
상기 광원으로부터의 적외선 광을 집광하는 집광부; 및
상기 회절 광학 소자와 상기 집광부 사이에서 상기 투광부에 내장되어 상기 집광부를 통과한 적외선 광을 상기 회절 광학 소자로 시준하는 시준부를 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 제1 픽셀 영역과, 하나 이상의 투광부를 포함한 제2 픽셀 영역에 입력 영상이 재현되는 표시패널;
상기 표시패널의 픽셀들에 입력 영상의 픽셀 데이터를 기입하는 표시패널 구동부;
상기 표시패널의 전면에 배치된 커버 글래스;
상기 제2 픽셀 영역과 대향하도록 상기 표시패널의 배면 아래에 배치된 광원;
상기 제2 픽셀 영역의 투광부와 대향하는 위치에서 커버 글래스와 상기 표시패널 중 적어도 하나에 배치되어 상기 광원으로부터의 적외선 광을 복수의 도트 빔들로 분리하는 회절 광학 소자;
상기 표시패널의 배면 아래에 배치되어 상기 표시패널을 통과하여 입사된 상기 적외선 광을 전기적인 신호로 변환하여 안면 패턴 데이터를 출력하는 적외선 카메라; 및
상기 표시패널 구동부에 상기 입력 영상의 픽셀 데이터를 전송하고, 상기 적외선 카메라로부터 수신된 안면 패턴 데이터에 대하여 사용자 인증을 처리하는 호스트 시스템을 포함하는 모바일 단말기. - 제 16 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 픽셀 영역의 PPI(Pixels Per Inch)가 상기 제1 픽셀 영역 보다 낮은 모바일 단말기. - 제 16 항에 있어서,
상기 회절 광학 소자는,
상기 커버 글래스에 배치되거나 상기 투광부에 내장되는 DOE(Diffractive Optical Element)와 HOE(Hologram Optical Element) 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 모바일 단말기.
