도 2는 도 1의 단부 판 및 주변부 주위에 배치된 박막을 가지는 배터리 조립체의 사시도이다.
도 3은 내부 보강 구조물과 함께 제1 및 제2 단부 판을 가지는 전극 판의 부분 분해된 적층체를 도시한다.
도 4는 부분적인 배터리 조립체의 도 1에 도시된 바와 같은 단면 A-A을 따른 횡단면도를 도시한다.
도 5는 부분적인 배터리 조립체의 도 1에 도시된 바와 같은 단면 B-B을 따른 횡단면도를 도시한다.
도 6은 배터리 조립체의 도 1에 도시된 바와 같은 단면 C-C를 따른 횡단면도를 도시한다.
Claims (1)
- 배터리 조립체이며;
a) 하나의 표면상의 애노드 및 대향 표면상의 캐소드를 가지는 기재를 포함하는 하나 이상의 2극 판을 포함하는, 복수의 전극 판의 하나 이상의 적층체와,
b) 일체형 구조물인 기부를 갖는 제1 단부 판과,
c) 일체형 구조물인 기부를 갖는 제2 단부 판과,
d) 하나 이상의 전기화학적 셀 내에 위치하는 액체 전해질과,
e) 하나 이상의 전기화학적 셀의 애노드 및 캐소드 쌍의 사이에 위치하는 하나 이상의 분리부를 포함하는 배터리 조립체로서,
제1 단부 판과 제2 단부 판은 각각 내부 보강 구조물을 포함하고,
제1 단부 판과 제2 단부 판 양자 모두의 내부 보강 구조물은 복수의 리브 구조물을 포함하며,
복수의 리브 구조물은 교차 패턴을 형성하고,
제1 단부 판의 내부 보강 구조물은 제1 단부 판의 기부와 일체이고, 제2 단부 판의 내부 보강 구조물은 제2 단부 판의 기부와 일체이고,
제1 단부 판과 제2 단부 판은 배터리 조립체의 동작 중에 복수의 전극 판의 외향 변형을 저지하고, 배터리 조립체 내부의 진공을 견인하는 동안 복수의 전극 플레이트의 내향 변형을 저지하고,
배터리 조립체는 진공 상태에서 액체 전해질로 충진되도록 구성되고,
제1 단부 판은 하나의 표면상에 피착된 캐소드를 가지는 제1 기재를 가지는 제1 단극 판이고,
제2 단부 판은 하나의 표면상에 피착된 애노드를 가지는 제2 기재를 가지는 제2 단극 판인, 배터리 조립체.
