Abstract
본 발명의 물레형 촉매 절단기는 커팅회전축과 커팅용 와이어 사이에, 절단 중인 촉매 압출성형체의 직진운동 및 절단된 펠렛형 압출성형체의 낙하운동에 장애를 주지 않는 공간 확보가 가능하도록 설계된 것이고, 절단 대상인 촉매 압출성형체의 압출속도와 연동하여 물레형 절단기의 회전속도를 조절하여 커팅용 와이어를 통해 직각면 절단이 가능하다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일구체예에 따른 물레형 촉매 절단기의 사시도이다.

Claims (14)
- 연속공정으로 압출기를 통해 압출성형되어 직진운동하는 촉매 압출성형체를 일정간격으로 절단하여 펠렛형 압출성형체를 제공하도록 커팅용 와이어가 구비된 물레형 촉매 절단기로서,
커팅회전축과 커팅용 와이어 사이에, 절단 중인 촉매 압출성형체의 직진운동 및 절단된 펠렛형 압출성형체의 낙하운동에 장애를 주지 않는 공간 확보가 가능하도록 설계된 것이고,
절단 대상인 촉매 압출성형체의 압출속도와 연동하여 물레형 절단기의 회전속도를 조절하여 커팅용 와이어를 통해 직각면 절단이 가능한 것이 특징인 물레형 촉매 절단기. - 제1항에 있어서, 구동부에 의해 회전하는 커팅회전축; 커팅회전축 양쪽에 나란히 설치된 바퀴(wheel); 및 양쪽 바퀴 사이 형성되는 빈공간의 외주면에 설치된 2 이상의 커팅용 와이어를 구비한 것이 특징인 물레형 촉매 절단기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회전속도에 따라, n-1번째 커팅용 와이어에 의해 절단된 펠렛형 압출성형체가 낙하운동을 하면서 n번째 커팅용 와이어와 부딪쳐 발생할 수 있는 비산 문제를 커팅용 와이어의 개수 조절을 통해 해결하는 것이 특징인 물레형 촉매 절단기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압출성형체의 압출 직진속도와 연동하여 커팅용 와이어의 회전 각속도를 조절하여 절단된 압출성형체에 직각 절단면을 제공하는 것이 특징인 물레형 촉매 절단기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 커팅용 와이어의 원운동 속도 조절, 중심 회전축 위치 조절 및/또는 커팅용 와이어가 설치되는 물레 바퀴 직경으로 각도 조절이 가능하고, 이를 통해 절단된 압출성형체에 직각 절단면을 제공하는 것이 특징인 물레형 촉매 절단기.
- 촉매 제조용 압출성형기 및 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 물레형 촉매 절단기가 구비된 펠렛형 촉매 제조장치로서,
연속공정으로 압출기를 통해 압출성형되어 직진운동하는 촉매 압출성형체를 물레형 촉매 절단기로 일정간격 절단하여 직각 절단면을 가진 펠렛형 촉매를 제조하는 것이 특징인 펠렛형 촉매 제조장치. - 제6항에 있어서, 물레형 촉매 절단기로 절단직후 펠렛형 압출성형체가 비산되지 않고 일정한 위치에 낙하되고, 낙하 위치에 이송부가 설치되어 있는 것이 특징이 펠렛형 촉매 제조장치.
- 연속공정으로 압출기를 통해 압출성형되어 직진운동하는 압출성형체를, 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 물레형 촉매 절단기를 사용하여 커팅용 와이어를 통해 일정간격으로 직각면 절단하여 펠렛형 압출성형체를 제공하고, 직각 절단면을 가진 펠렛형 압출성형체로부터 펠렛형 촉매를 제조하는 것이 특징인 직각 절단면을 가진 펠렛형 촉매 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 압출성형, 절단, 건조 및 소성 공정을 통해 펠렛형 촉매를 제조하는 것이 특징이 펠렛형 촉매 제조 방법.
- 연속공정으로 압출기를 통해 압출성형되어 직진운동하는 압출성형체를, 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 물레형 촉매 절단기를 사용하여 커팅용 와이어를 통해 일정간격으로 직각면 절단하여 펠렛형 압출성형체를 제공하고,
직각 절단면을 가진 펠렛형 압출성형체로부터 펠렛형 촉매를 제조하며,
반응기의 적어도 일부를 직각 절단면을 가진 펠렛형 촉매로 충진하여 채널링 발생을 억제하면서 반응물 유체의 유동화를 균일하게 조절가능한 것이 특징인 펠렛형 촉매 반응기 제조 방법. - 제10항에 있어서, 압출성형, 절단, 건조 및 소성 공정을 통해 펠렛형 촉매를 제조하는 것이 특징이 펠렛형 촉매 반응기 제조 방법.
- 직각 절단면을 가진 펠렛형 압출성형체를 제공하는 방법에 있어서,
커팅용 와이어가 구비된 물레형 절단기를 사용하여, 연속공정으로 압출기를 통해 압출성형되어 직진운동하는 압출성형체를 일정간격으로 절단하되,
물레형 절단기는 커팅회전축과 커팅용 와이어 사이에, 절단 중인 압출성형체의 직진운동 및 절단된 펠렛형 압출성형체의 낙하운동에 장애를 주지 않는 공간 확보가 가능하도록 설계된 것이고,
