Claims (14)
- 수지 매트릭스; 및
상기 수지 매트릭스 내부에 구비되는 2개 이상의 탄소 필라멘트;를 포함하는, 알루미늄계 도금층을 갖는 강판의 레이저 용접용 탄소 필라멘트 와이어.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄소 필라멘트 와이어의 직경은 0.1~5mm인 알루미늄계 도금층을 갖는 강판의 레이저 용접용 탄소 필라멘트 와이어.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄소 필라멘트의 형상비(길이/직경)는 10000 이상인 알루미늄계 도금층을 갖는 강판의 레이저 용접용 탄소 필라멘트 와이어.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄소 필라멘트의 직경은 1~1000㎛인 알루미늄계 도금층을 갖는 강판의 레이저 용접용 탄소 필라멘트 와이어.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄소 필라멘트 와이어의 단면을 기준으로, 탄소 필라멘트 와이어 내 탄소 필라멘트가 차지하는 분율은 50~90면적%인 알루미늄계 도금층을 갖는 강판의 레이저 용접용 탄소 필라멘트 와이어.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄소 필라멘트 중 적어도 하나는 솔리드 와이어로 대체되는 알루미늄계 도금층을 갖는 강판의 레이저 용접용 탄소 필라멘트 와이어.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 솔리드 와이어는 중량%로, C: 0.001~1.0%, Mn: 0.01~25%, Si: 0.01~5.0%, 잔부 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 알루미늄계 도금층을 갖는 강판의 레이저 용접용 탄소 필라멘트 와이어.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 솔리드 와이어는 직경이 0.01~0.05mm인 알루미늄계 도금층을 갖는 강판의 레이저 용접용 탄소 필라멘트 와이어.
- 2매 이상의 알루미늄계 도금강판을 레이저 용접하는 용접방법으로서,
상기 레이저 용접시, 수지 매트릭스; 및 상기 수지 매트릭스 내부에 구비되는 2개 이상의 탄소 필라멘트;를 포함하는 탄소 필라멘트 와이어를 송급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄계 도금층을 갖는 강판의 레이저 용접방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄계 도금층은 Al계 도금층 또는 Al-Si계 도금층인 알루미늄계 도금층을 갖는 강판의 레이저 용접방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 레이저 용접시, 용접 입열량은 10~200J/mm인 알루미늄계 도금층을 갖는 강판의 레이저 용접방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 탄소 필라멘트 와이어의 송급속도는 2~200mm/s인 알루미늄계 도금층을 갖는 강판의 레이저 용접방법.
- 청구항 9 내지 12 중 어느 한 항에 의해 제조된 용접 제품.
- 청구항 13에 있어서,
상기 용접 제품은 모재 대비 용접부의 Al 및 C 함량이 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 제품.
