본 발명은 건물 내에서 상용전원을 공급받아 점등이 이루어지는 RGB LED(100)를 비상 경보등으로 활용할 수 있도록 재난상황 발생 시 점멸 기능 및 현재 재난상황에 맞는 생색을 점등하는 기능을 갖는 RGB LED(100) 등 기구에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 재난상황이 발생하여 건물에 구축되어 있는 화재 경보 수신기 및 재난상황 경보기(200)에서 재난상황이 감지되면, 그 감지 신호를 전송받는 제어부에서 건물에 설치되는 수많은 RGB LED(100) 등 기구가 연속적으로 점멸되어 재난상황 발생을 인지할 수 있게 하여주고 RGB LED 컨트롤러가(300) 화재 상황 시 적색 점멸 지진 상황 시 황색 점멸 침수 상황 시에는 청색 점멸하며 재난 사고의 종류를 인지할 수 있게 하는 기능을 갖는다. 더 나아가 경찰서, 소방서, 병원 등 특별한 임무를 수행하는 장소에서도 상황에 맞는 RGB LED(100)가 사고 상황에 맞는 색상으로 재난상황을 전파하는 비상 경보등의 기능을 수행하도록 함으로써 건물 내부에 있는 사람들이 RGB LED(100) 등 기구의 점멸 및 점 등 색상을 통해 재난사고의 상황을 신속하게 인지할 수 있고 및 재난 상황을 직접 보지 않아도 어떠한 사고가 발생했는지 신속하게 파악하고 대피할 수 있도록 유도하여 식별자의 대체를 빠르게 판단할 수 있게 하여 인명피해를 최소화할 수 있는 경보 기능을 갖는 RGB LED 등 기구에 관한 것이다.The present invention provides an RGB LED (100) that has a function of blinking when a disaster occurs and lighting a color suitable for the current disaster situation so that the RGB LED (100), which is lit by receiving commercial power within a building, can be used as an emergency warning light.
