Claims (11)
- 카르보닐기 함유기, 및 히드록시기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 관능기를 갖는 용융 가공 가능한 불소 수지와,
액정 폴리머, 폴리아릴렌술파이드 및 방향족 폴리에테르케톤으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 비불소 함유 수지와,
질화붕소 입자
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 질화붕소 입자의 함유량이 30 내지 65체적%인, 수지 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 불소 수지의 함유량이 10 내지 50체적%인, 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 비불소 함유 수지의 함유량이 10 내지 50체적%인, 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 질화붕소 입자는, 첨도가 0 이하인, 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 불소 수지는, 융점이 100℃ 이상 325℃ 이하인, 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 불소 수지는, 테트라플루오로에틸렌/퍼플루오로(알킬비닐에테르) 공중합체, 및 테트라플루오로에틸렌/헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인, 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
열전도율이 1.0W/m·K 이상인, 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
비유전율이 3.6 이하인, 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 조성물을 성형하여 이루어지는, 성형품.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 조성물을, 사출 성형법, 압출 성형법, 압축 성형법, 절삭 가공 성형법 및 전선 피복 성형법 중 어느 것으로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 성형품의 제조 방법.
