Claims (6)
- Oct4(OCTamer-binding transcription factor 4) 단백질 및 Cbfβ(Core binding factor β) 단백질을 포함하는, 체세포로부터 조골세포 분화 유도용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 Oct4 단백질 및 Cbfβ 단백질은 세포투과성 펩타이드(cell-penetrating peptide)가 융합된 재조합 단백질인 것을 특징으로 하는, 체세포로부터 조골세포 분화 유도용 조성물.
- Oct4(OCTamer-binding transcription factor 4) 단백질, 그의 융합체 또는 운반체, 상기 단백질을 코딩하는 핵산, 및 상기 핵산이 도입된 벡터 중 1종 이상의 Oct4 발현 촉진 인자; 및 Cbfβ(Core binding factor β) 단백질, 그의 융합체 또는 운반체, 상기 단백질을 코딩하는 핵산분자, 및 상기 핵산분자가 도입된 벡터 중 1종 이상의 Cbfβ 발현 촉진 인자;를 체세포에 처리하는 단계;를 포함하는, 체세포로부터 조골세포 유도 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 방법은 체세포로부터 조골세포로 직접교차분화를 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 체세포로부터 조골세포 유도 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항의 방법으로 분화가 유도된 세포를 포함하는, 골 질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 골 질환은 골다공증(osteoporosis), 골연화증(osteomalacia), 골감소증(osteopenia), 골위축(bone atrophy), 섬유성골이형성증(fibrous dysplasia), 페이젯병(Paget's disease), 고칼슘혈증(hypercalcemia), 뼈의 종양성 파괴(neoplastic destruction), 암(cancer) 관련 골재흡수 질병, 골절(fracture), 골용해(osteolysis), 골관절염(osteoarthritis), 류머티스 관절염(rheumatoid arthritis), 골염(Osteitis) 및 골형성부전증(Osteogenesis Imperfecta)으로부터 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인, 골 질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
