Abstract
Description
도 2는 테스토스테론 유도 BPH 쥐 모델에서 안드로겐 의존적 방식을 통한 전립선 비대에 대한 베르베린의 효과들 중 하나인 베르베린이 전립선 무게에 미치는 영향을 나타낸다. 제어군, BPH군, Fina군 및 BB 50군, BB 100군에 대해 쥐의 총 전립선 중량 변화, 상대적 전립선 중량 비율을 평가했다. 수치값은 평균 ± 표준편차(n = 6)이다. 대조군과 비교할 때 ### P <0.001이고, BPH 군과 비교할 때 *** P <0.001, ** P <0.01이다. ANOVA와 Dunnett의 사후 테스트를 사용하여 처리 실험군 간의 유의성을 결정했다.

도 5는 테스토스테론 유발 BPH 쥐 모델에서 베르베린이 PCNA 및 PSA의 발현에 미치는 영향을 나타낸다. 전립선 조직 용해물(Prostatic tissue lysates)은 PCNA 및 PSA로 면역 블랏되었다. β- 액틴은 내부 대조군으로 사용되었다. 농도계 분석의 폴드-변화는 β- 액틴으로 정규화되었으며 평균 ± 표준편차로 표시되며 이미지 J가 획득되었다. 대조군과 비교할 때 ### P <0.001이고, BPH 군과 비교할 때 ** P <0.01, *** P <0.001이다.

Claims (5)
- 베르베린 또는 이의 유도체를 유효성분으로 포함하고, 전립성의 크기 감소, 상기 전립선의 무게 감소, 및 상기 전립선 조직 내 세포 사멸(apoptosis) 관련 인자의 단백질 발현 감소를 나타내는, 전립선 비대증의 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전립선 조직 내 세포 사멸(apoptosis) 관련 인자는 Bax, Bcl-2, p-AMPK인 전립선 비대증의 예방 및 치료용 약제학적 조성물.
- 베르베린 또는 이의 유도체를 유효성분으로 포함하고, 전립성의 크기 감소, 상기 전립선의 무게 감소, 및 상기 전립선 조직 내 세포 사멸(apoptosis) 관련 인자의 단백질 발현 감소를 나타내는, 약제학적 조성물; 및
상기 약제학적 조성물을 담는 담체를 포함하는 전립선 비대증 치료제.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 전립성 비대증 치료제는 경구투여 되는 것인 전립선 비대증 치료제.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 경구 투여는 0.1 mg/kg 내지1,000 mg/kg 의 용량으로 투여되는 것인, 전립선 비대증 치료제.
