본 명세서에 개시된 기술의 일 실시예에 따르면, 우수한 탈지성을 가지면서 환경 친화적이고, 인화 및 폭발의 위험이 없는 세정 조성물, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 세정방법을 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (14)
- (a) 할로겐화 부틸(butyl halide) 또는 다이할로겐화 에텐(dihaloethene)을 포함하는 용제; 및
(b) 상기 용제의 가연성을 억제시키는, 하기 일반식 (1)로 표시되는 에테르 화합물을 포함하는 첨가제
를 포함하는 세정 조성물:

상기 일반식 (1)에서, m은 5 내지 6의 정수; n은 0 내지 5의 정수; p는 0 내지 1의 정수; q는 7 내지 14의 정수이다. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 할로겐은 각각 독립적으로 F, Cl, Br 또는 I로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세정 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 용제는 상기 조성물의 99.5부피% 내지 99.9부피%이고, 상기 첨가제는 상기 조성물의 0.1부피% 내지 0.5부피%인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 45℃ 내지 75℃ 범위의 비등점을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세정 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 공업용인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 할로겐화 부틸은 t-브롬화부틸(Tert-Butyl bromide), t-염화부틸(Tert-Butyl chloride), 염화이소부틸(Isobutyl chloride)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 다이할로겐화 에텐은 트랜스-1,2-디클로로에텐(Trans-1,2-Dichloroethene)인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정 조성물. - (a) 용제 및 첨가제를 혼합하는 단계; 및
(b) 혼합물이 균일해질 때까지 교반하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 세정 조성물의 제조방법. - (a) 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 세정 조성물을 준비하는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 세정 조성물로 피세정물을 세정하는 단계를 포함하는 세정방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 세정 단계는 실온에서 초음파 처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세정방법. - 제 11항에 있어서,
