Claims (12)
- 캐리어 필름;
상기 캐리어 필름의 일면 상에 형성되고, 패턴이 포함된 UV 임프린트층;
상기 UV 임프린트층의 일면 상에 형성된 하드 코팅층;
상기 하드 코팅층의 일면 상에 형성된 장식층 및
상기 장식층의 일면 상에 형성된 접착층을 포함하는 전사 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
UV 임프린트층은 실리콘을 포함하는 전사 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
캐리어 필름의, UV 임프린트층과 맞닿는 일면은 우레탄 프라이머층을 추가로 포함하는 전사 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 패턴은 헤어라인 패턴 또는 기하학 패턴인 전사 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 패턴은 하드 코팅층에 전사되는 전사 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
캐리어 필름 제거시 UV 임프린트층이 캐리어 필름과 함께 제거되는 전사 필름.
- UV 임프린트층이 형성된 캐리어 필름을 준비하는 단계;
상기 UV 임프린층 상에 하드 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 하드 코팅층 상에 장식층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 장식층 상에 접착층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 전사 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
UV 임프린트층이 형성된 캐리어 필름을 준비하는 단계는
원본 패턴이 표면에 형성된 금속 판재에 광경화성 수지 코팅액을 도포하는 단계; 상기 도포된 코팅액에 캐리어 필름을 밀착시키는 단계; 상기 캐리어 필름 표면에 광을 조사하여, 원본 패턴과 반대 형상을 가지는 역상 패턴이 형성된 UV 임프린트층을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 전사 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
캐리어 필름은 우레탄 프라이머층을 포함하는 전사 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
UV 임프린트층을 형성하는 코팅물은 실리콘을 포함하는 전사 필름의 제조 방법.
- 기재;
상기 기재의 일면 상에 형성된 도료층;
상기 도료층의 일면 상에 형성된 접착층;
상기 접착층의 일면 상에 형성된 장식층; 및
상기 장식층의 일면 상에 형성된 하드 코팅층을 포함하며,
상기 하드 코팅층은 상부에 소정의 패턴을 포함하는 장식재.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 패턴은 헤어라인 패턴 또는 기하학 패턴인 장식재.
