Abstract
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명에 의한 주방용 가위는 칼날의 교차지점인 회전축의 양끝단에 힌지덮개가 부착되고, 힌지덮개의 형상에 의해서 가위의 칼날이 바닥면에 닿지 않아 위생적이다.
또한, 칼날의 재질을 크로늄의 산화피막이 형성된 스테인레스강을 사용하여 가위가 녹슬지 않아 위생적이고, 가위 칼날 및 힌지덮개 외면에 광촉매제를 포함시켜 칼날 및 힌지덮개에서 가위 주위의 오염물질을 제거한다.

Claims (7)
- 음식재료를 절단하는 주방용 가위에 있어서,
상기 주방용 가위는
두 개의 칼날이 곡선을 이루고, 밀착되면서 교차되어 음식재료를 절단시키는 칼날부와
상기 칼날부의 각 칼날의 끝단에 삽입 부착되고, 외부힘이 가해지는 손잡이부와
상기 칼날부의 두 개의 칼날을 회동가능하게 회전축이 구비되고, 회전축 양끝단에 부착되어 회전축을 덮는 힌지덮개를 포함하는 힌지부로 이루어지고,
상기 칼날부의 칼날과 회전축 및 힌지부의 힌지덮개는 크로늄이 산화피막을 형성하는 스테인레스강으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주방용 가위. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 힌지부의 힌지덮개는 회전축의 양측 끝단 방향으로 소정 돌출되게 회전축 끝단에 부착되어 가위를 바닥면에 두었을때 칼날부의 칼날이 바닥면에 닿지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 주방용 가위. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 스테인레스강은 오스테나이트계, 페라이트계 및 마르텐사이트계 중 선택된 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주방용 가위. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 스테인레스강은 크로늄 11~12%이 함유된 합금으로 산화피막의 두께는 30~50Å으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주방용 가위. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 칼날부 및 힌지덮개는 두 개의 칼날이 밀착되는 면을 제외한 외면에 광촉매제가 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주방용 가위. - 제5 항에 있어서,
상기 광촉매제는 이산화티탄으로 이산화티탄 외면에 산화무기물이 코팅되고, 상기 산화무기물은 지르코니아 및 알루미나인 것을 특징으로 하는 주방용 가위. - 제5 항에 있어서,
상기 광촉매제는 인산염 계열 또는 인산은을 더 포함할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 주방용 가위.
