Claims (7)
- 항-IGF1R 항체 또는 이의 항원결합단편으로서,
상기 항-IGF1R 항체는 중쇄가변영역 및 경쇄가변영역을 포함하며,
상기 중쇄가변영역은, 서열번호 1 및 서열번호 10의 아미노산 서열 중에서 선택된 하나를 포함하는 중쇄 CDR1 (H-CDR1), 서열번호 2 내지 7 및 서열번호 11 내지 18의 아미노산 서열 중에서 선택된 하나를 포함하는 중쇄 CDR2 (H-CDR2), 및 서열번호 8 내지 9 및 서열번호 19의 아미노산 서열 중에서 선택된 하나를 포함하는 중쇄 CDR3 (H-CDR3)를 포함하며,
상기 경쇄가변영역은, 서열번호 20의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 경쇄 CDR1 (L-CDR1), 서열번호 21 내지 23의 아미노산 서열 중에서 선택된 하나를 포함하는 경쇄 CDR2 (L-CDR2), 및 서열번호 24 내지 28 및 서열번호 29 내지 31의 아미노산 서열 중에서 선택된 하나를 포함하는 경쇄 CDR3 (L-CDR3)를 포함하는,
항-IGF1R 항체 또는 이의 항원결합단편. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항-IGF1R 항체 또는 이의 항원결합단편은 서열번호 174의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 단백질에서 Y775, P776, F778, R650, S791, L798, Glu779, L641, H808, E809, L813, V397, D435, W434, Y460 및 C488로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 아미노산을 특이적으로 인식하여 결합하는 것인, 항-IGF1R 항체 또는 이의 항원 결합 단편.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 항-IGF1R 항체 또는 이의 항원결합단편은 서열번호 174의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 단백질에서 결합 부위 1 내지 결합 부위 3으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 결합부위를 인식 및 결합하는 것이며,
상기 결합부위 1은 Y775, P776, F778, R650, S791, L798 및 Glu779로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하고, 상기 결합부위 2는 L641, H808, E809 및 L813로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하고, 상기 결합부위 3은 V397, D435, W434, Y460 및 C488로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인,
항-IGF1R 항체 또는 이의 항원 결합 단편. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항-IGF1R 항체는 중쇄가변영역 및 경쇄가변영역을 포함하며,
상기 중쇄가변영역은 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 중쇄 CDR1 (H-CDR1), 서열번호 3 및 서열번호 5 내지 7의 아미노산 서열 중에서 선택된 하나를 포함하는 중쇄 CDR2 (H-CDR2), 및 서열번호 8 내지 9의 아미노산 서열 중에서 선택된 하나를 포함하는 중쇄 CDR3 (H-CDR3)을 포함하며,
상기 경쇄가변영역은 서열번호 20의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 경쇄 CDR1 (L-CDR1), 서열번호 22 및 23의 아미노산 서열 중에서 선택된 하나를 포함하는 경쇄 CDR2 (L-CDR2), 및 서열번호 26 내지 28의 아미노산 서열 중에서 선택된 하나를 포함하는 경쇄 CDR3 (L-CDR3)을 포함하는 것인,
항-IGF1R 항체 또는 이의 항원 결합 단편. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항-IGF1R 항체 또는 이의 항원 결합 단편의 중쇄가변영역은,
서열번호 32의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 중쇄가변영역 프레임워크 1 (H-FR1),
서열번호 33 또는 서열번호 34의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 중쇄가변영역 프레임워크 2 (H-FR2),
서열번호 35의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 중쇄가변영역 프레임워크 3 (H-FR3), 및
서열번호 36의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 중쇄가변영역 프레임워크 4 (H-FR4)를 포함하고,
상기 경쇄가변영역은,
서열번호 37의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 경쇄가변영역 프레임워크 1 (L-FR1),
서열번호 38의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 경쇄가변영역 프레임워크 2 (L-FR2),
서열번호 39 또는 서열번호 40의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 경쇄가변영역 프레임워크 3 (L-FR3), 및
서열번호 41 또는 서열번호 42의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 경쇄가변영역 프레임워크 4 (L-FR4)를 포함하는 것인,
항-IGF1R 항체 또는 이의 항원 결합 단편. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항-IGF1R 항체의 중쇄가변영역은 서열번호 43 내지 서열번호 87의 아미노산 서열로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 하나를 포함하고,
상기 경쇄가변영역은 서열번호 88 내지 서열번호 132의 아미노산 서열로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 하나를 포함하는 것인,
항-IGF1R 항체 또는 이의 항원 결합 단편. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항-IGF1R 항체의 항원 결합 단편은 scFv, (scFv)2, scFv-Fc, Fab, Fab' 및 F(ab')2 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 것인,
항-IGF1R 항체 또는 이의 항원 결합 단편.
