Claims (12)
- 다수의 배터리 셀들을 적층한 배터리 셀 적층체;
상기 배터리 셀 적층체를 내부에 수용하는 모듈 케이스; 및
상기 모듈 케이스와 상기 배터리 셀 적층체 사이에 배치되어 상기 배터리 셀들과 전기적으로 연결되는 버스바 조립체;
를 포함하며,
상기 버스바 조립체는,
적어도 하나의 버스바와 상기 버스바를 내부에 매립하는 열전도부를 포함하고,
상기 열전도부는 열전도성 필러를 함유하는 수지 재질로 형성되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 버스바 조립체는,
적어도 일부가 상기 모듈 케이스에 접촉하도록 배치되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열전도성 필러는,
질화 붕소(boron nitride), 질화알루미늄(aluminum nitride), 탄화규소(silicon carbide), 산화마그네슘(magnesium oxide), 및 산화알루미늄(aluminum oxide) 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열전도부는,
열전도도가 2W/mK 이상인 재료로 형성되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열전도부는,
500V 전압, 60초의 환경에서, 1×1010 Ω·cm 이상의 체적 저항률(Volume Resistivity)을 갖는 재료로 형성되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열전도부는,
500V 전압, 60초의 환경에서, 1×1012 Ω·cm 이상의 표면 저항(Surface Resistance)을 갖는 재료로 형성되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 버스바 조립체는,
상기 버스바의 절반 이상이 상기 열전도부 내부에 매립되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 케이스의 외부면에 결합되는 냉각 장치를 더 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 장치는,
내부에 냉각 유로를 구비하는 배터리 모듈.
- 다수의 배터리 셀들을 적층한 배터리 셀 적층체;
상기 배터리 셀 적층체를 내부에 수용하는 모듈 케이스; 및
상기 모듈 케이스와 상기 배터리 셀 적층체 사이에 배치되어 상기 배터리 셀들과 전기적으로 연결되는 버스바 조립체;
를 포함하며,
상기 버스바 조립체는,
상기 배터리 셀의 전극 리드가 결합되는 다수의 관통 슬릿을 구비하는 버스바; 및
상기 버스바를 내부에 매립하는 열전도부를 포함하고,
상기 버스바는,
상기 관통 슬릿들 사이의 영역이 상기 열전도부 내에 매립되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 열전도부는,
열전도성 필러를 함유하는 수지 재질로 형성되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 버스바 조립체는,
상기 버스바의 절반 이상이 상기 열전도부 내부에 매립되는 배터리 모듈.
