Claims (15)
- 단열 유리 유닛용 스페이서(I)로서, 상기 스페이서(I)는 적어도
- 제1 플라스틱(7) 및 제2 플라스틱(8)으로부터 공압출된 본체(1)를 포함하며, 본체(1)는
- 제1 측벽(2.1) 및 이에 평행하게 배열된 제2 측벽(2.2);
- 측벽(2.1, 2.2)을 서로 연결하는 글레이징 내벽(3);
- 상기 글레이징 내벽(3)에 실질적으로 평행하게 배열되고 측벽(2.1, 2.2)을 직접 또는 연결벽(6.1, 6.2)을 통해 서로 연결하는 외벽(4);
- 측벽(2.1, 2.2), 글레이징 내벽(3), 외벽(4)에 의해 또는 측벽(2.1, 2.2), 글레이징 내벽(3), 외벽(4) 및 연결벽(6.1, 6.2)에 의해 둘러 싸이는 공동(4)을 포함하며,
여기서 제2 플라스틱(8)은 제1 플라스틱(7)보다 더 낮은 열전도율 및 더 높은 유연성을 갖고, 본체(1)는 제2 플라스틱(8)으로 형성된 중공 프로파일로서 설계되고, 여기서 중공 프로파일에 제1 플라스틱(7)이 적어도 일부 영역에서 중공 프로파일에 직접 인접한 내부에 배열되는 단열 유리 유닛용 스페이서(I).
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 플라스틱(7)은 적어도 측벽(2.1, 2.2)의 영역에 배열되는 스페이서(I).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 플라스틱(7)은 재활용 재료를 함유하거나 재활용 재료로 만들어지고, 제2 플라스틱(8)은 재활용 재료를 함유하지 않는 스페이서(I).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 플라스틱(7)은 특히 유리섬유 함량이 10% 내지 40%인 유리섬유 강화 플라스틱이고, 제2 플라스틱(8) 제1 플라스틱(7)보다 유리섬유 함량이 낮거나 유리 섬유가 없는 플라스틱인 스페이서(I).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 플라스틱(7) 및 제2 플라스틱(8)은 상이한 폴리머 또는 공중합체를 기재로 하는 스페이서(I).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공동(5)에 직접 인접한 본체(1)의 영역은 제1 플라스틱(7)으로 만들어지고, 공동(5)에 직접 인접하지 않은 본체(1)의 영역은 제2 플라스틱(8)으로 만들어지는 스페이서(I).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 본체(1)의 제1 측벽(2.1), 제2 측벽(2.2), 외벽(4), 제1 연결벽(6.1), 및 제2 연결벽(6.2)은 스페이서(I). 본체(1)의 연결 벽(6.2)은 제1 플라스틱(7)과 제2 플라스틱(8)으로 만들어지며, 여기서 공동(5)에 직접 인접한 본체(1)의 영역은 제1 플라스틱(7)으로 만들어지고, 공동(5)에 직접 인접하지 않은 본체(1)의 영역은 제2 플라스틱(8)으로 만들어지며, 여기서 본체(1)의 글레이징 내벽(3)은 제2 플라스틱(8)으로 만들어지는 스페이서(I).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 본체(1)의 제1 측벽(2.1), 제2 측벽(2.2), 글레이징 내벽(3), 제1 연결벽(6.1) 및 제2 연결벽(6.2)은 제1 플라스틱(7) 및 제2 플라스틱(8)으로 만들어지며, 여기서 공동(5)에 직접 인접한 본체(1)의 영역은 제1 플라스틱(7)으로 만들어지며, 공동(5)에 직접 인접하지 않은 본체(1)의 영역은 제2 플라스틱(8)으로 만들어지며, 여기서 본체(1)의 외벽(4)은 제2 플라스틱(8)으로 만들어지는 스페이서(I).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 본체(1)의 제1 측벽(2.1), 제2 측벽(2.2), 제1 연결벽(6.1), 및 제2 연결벽(6.2)은 제1 플라스틱(7) 및 제2 플라스틱(8)으로 만들어지며, 여기서 공동(5)에 직접 인접한 본체(1)의 영역은 제1 플라스틱(7)으로 만들어지며, 공동(5)에 직접 인접하지 않은 본체(1)의 영역은 제2 플라스틱(8)으로 만들어지며, 여기서 본체(1)의 글레이징 내벽(3)과 외벽(4)이 제2 플라스틱(8)로 만들어지는 스페이서(I).
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 글레이징 내벽(3)은 판유리를 수용하기 위해 측벽(2.1, 2.2)에 실질적으로 평행하게 연장되는 리세스(11)를 갖는 스페이서(I).
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 플라스틱(7) 및/또는 제2 플라스틱(8)은 발포 플라스틱인 스페이서(I).
- 본체(1)을 형성하기 위하여 제1 플라스틱(7) 및 제2 플라스틱(8)을 공압출하는 단계를 적어도 포함하는 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 스페이서(I)제조 방법.
- 제1 판유리(13), 제2 판유리(14), 상기 제1 판유리(13)와 제2 판유리(14) 사이에서 주변으로 배열되는 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 스페이서(I)를 적어도 포함하는 단열 유리 유닛(II)으로서, 여기서
- 제1 판유리(13)는 1차 실란트(17)를 통해 제1 측벽(2.1)에 부착되고,
- 제2 판유리(14)는 1차 실란트(17)를 통해 제2 측벽(2.2)에 부착되고,
- 스페이서(I)는 내부 판유리간 공간(15)을 외부 판유리간 공간(16)과 분리하고,
- 2차 실란트(18)가 외부 판유리간 공간(16)에 배치되는 단열 유리 유닛(II).
- 제13항에 따른 단열 유리 유닛(II)을 제조하는 방법으로서, 여기서 적어도
(a) 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 스페이서(I)가 제공되고;
(b) 스페이서 프레임을 형성하기 위하여 스페이서(I)가 결합되고;
(c) 제1 판유리(13) 및 제2 판유리(14)가 제공되고;
(d) 스페이서(I)는 1차 실란트(17)를 통해 제1 판유리(13)와 제2 판유리(14) 사이에 고정되고,
(e) 판유리(13, 14)와 스페이서(I)로 구성된 판유리 어셈블리가 가압되고;
(f) 외부 판유리간 공간(16)은 2차 실란트(18)로 적어도 부분적으로 채워지는 제조 방법.
- 건물 내부 글레이징, 건물 외부 글레이징 및/또는 파사드 글레이징으로서의 제13항에 따른 단열 유리 유닛(II)의 용도.
