Abstract
목적하고자 하는 핫스템핑 금형과 동일한 형상의 조형몰드를 만드는 몰드준비과정과; 완성될 핫스템핑 금형의 냉각유로를 형성할 수 있도록 핫스템핑 금형에 맞게 파이프를 밴딩하여 냉각채널을 준비하는 채널준비과정과; 준비된 조형몰드 내부에 준비된 냉각채널을 삽입하여 고정하는 채널장착과정과; 냉각채널이 장착된 조형몰드로 용융물을 주입하여 핫스템핑 금형을 만드는 주조과정과; 성형완료된 핫스템핑 금형을 조형몰드로부터 분리하는 탈형과정과; 탈형된 핫스템핑 금형의 후처리를 수행하는 후처리과정으로 핫스템핑 금형을 얻는 것이 특징이다.

Claims (4)
- 목적하고자 하는 핫스템핑 금형(100)과 동일한 형상의 조형몰드(110)를 만드는 몰드준비과정(S100)과;
완성될 핫스템핑 금형(100)의 냉각유로를 형성할 수 있도록 핫스템핑 금형(100)에 맞게 파이프를 밴딩하여 냉각채널(120)을 준비하는 채널준비과정(S200)과;
준비된 조형몰드(110) 내부에 준비된 냉각채널(120)을 삽입하여 고정하는 채널장착과정(S300)과;
냉각채널(120)이 장착된 조형몰드(110)로 용융물을 주입하여 핫스템핑 금형(100)을 만드는 주조과정(S400)과;
성형완료된 핫스템핑 금형(100)을 조형몰드(110)로부터 분리하는 탈형과정(S500)과;
탈형된 핫스템핑 금형(100)의 후처리를 수행하는 후처리과정(S600)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫스템핑 금형 제조방법. - 조형몰드(101) 내부에 파이프를 밴딩하여 구성되는 냉각채널(120)을 장착하여 주조성형하여 냉각채널(120)을 일체로 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫스템핑 금형.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;
상기 주조과정(S400)에서는 냉각채널(120)로 냉매를 통과시키거나 또는 내장시켜 조형몰드(110)로 주입되는 용융물에 의하여 냉각채널(120)이 녹거나 손상 또는 변형되는 것을 방지하는 냉매처리과정(S410)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫스템핑 금형 제조방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서;
상기 냉매는 액체타입과 기체타입 및 고체타입 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 핫스템핑 금형 제조방법.
