제2공정에서 2개의 롤 원단(10,20)이 일정속도로 풀림되어지면서 2장의 원단이 수평상태에서 긴밀하게 구겨짐이 없이 중첩되도록 가이드부(40)에 의하여 가이드되어 중첩된 상태로 안내되어져 콘베어벨트(50)에 위치되어져 이동되는 제3공정과;
제3공정에서 중첩이동되는 상태에서 롤링되는 초음파 금형(60)에 의하여 1차로 제조하고자 하는 제품의 형태에 따라서 접착라인을 형성하면서 접착토록 하는 제4공정과;
상기 제4공정에서 접착이 완료된 상태에서 2차로 초음파 금형에 의하여 접착라인의 외측으로 절단라인을 형성하면서 절단되어지는 제5공정과;
제5공정이후에 절단되어진 제품(몸통부)과 당김을 지속하는 스크랩이 분리되어지면서 제조된 제품(몸통부)은 가이드 벨트를 타고 이동하게 되고 스크랩은 당김수단에 의하여 당김되면서 감겨져 버려지게 되는 속셔츠 또는 방호복 또는 의료용가운이나 방호용 덧신을 연속공정라인으로 제조하는 방법.
