Claims (16)
- 고급 탄화수소를 함유하는 탄화수소 공급원료로부터 화합물의 생성에 사용하기 위한 합성가스의 제조방법으로서,
(a) 탄화수소 공급원료를 적어도 두개의 스트림, 즉, 주된 탄화수소 공급원료 스트림의 형태의 제1 스트림 및 우회로 탄화수소 공급원료 스트림의 형태의 제2 스트림으로 분할하는 단계;
(b) 스팀을 주된 탄화수소 공급원료 스트림에 첨가하고 이 스트림을 예비개질하여 메탄, 수소, 일산화탄소, 이산화탄소 및 고급 탄화수소를 함유하는 예비개질된 가스로 하는 단계;
(c) 단계 (a)의 우회된 탄화수소 공급원료 스트림을 단계 (b)의 예비개질된 가스와 조합하고 이와 같이 조합된 가스를 예비개질하여 메탄, 수소, 일산화탄소 및 이산화탄소를 함유하는 예비개질된 가스로 하는 단계;

- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (b) 또는 (c)의 예비개질 단계에 앞서 주된 탄화수소 공급원료 스트림, 또는 우회로 탄화수소 공급원료 스트림, 또는 둘다에서 황 화합물을 제거하는 수소첨가 탈황 단계의 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (b)의 예비개질 단계는 스팀-대- 탄소 비율로 계산된 0.60-1.30 범위의 스팀-대-탄소 비율에서 작동되는 한편, 단계 (c)의 예비개질 단계는 스팀-대- 탄소 비율로 계산된 0.30-0.80 범위인 더 낮은 스팀-대-탄소 비율에서 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 단계 (b)의 예비개질 단계는 추가로 스팀-대-고급 탄화수소 탄소 비율로서 계산된 1.30-2.80 범위의 스팀-대-탄소 비율에서 작동되는 한편, 단계 (c)의 예비개질 단계는 추가로 스팀-대-고급 탄화수소 탄소 비율로서 계산된 2.80-4.50 범위인 더 높은 스팀-대- 탄화수소 탄소 비율에서 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분할 후 형성된 주된 탄화수소 공급원료 스트림은 탄화수소 공급원료의 적어도 30부피%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (b)의 스팀 첨가는 개질 단계 (d)의 하류에 위치된 공정 응축물 스트리퍼로부터의 고압 스팀인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스팀은 단계 (b)의 예비개질 단계로 통과된 주된 탄화수소 공급원료 스트림에 단독으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스팀을 주된 탄화수소 공급원료 스트림에 첨가하는 것으로부터 결과되는 혼합물은 단계 (b)의 예비개질 단계로 들어가기 전에 380-480℃의 공급물 온도로 예열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (b) 또는 (c) 중 하나 또는 둘다의 예비개질 단계는 촉매의 존재하의 단열 예비개질인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 촉매는 650℃보다 아래의 온도에서 작동에 적합한 고체 니켈 함유 스팀 개질 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (d)의 개질 단계는 SMR, HER, ATR, CPO, POx, 또는 이들의 조합으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 개질 단계는 ATR 또는 CPO 또는 POx인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (d)의 합성가스는 Fischer-Tropsch 합성 및 가솔린 합성을 포함하는, 액체 탄화수소의 합성을 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 액체 탄화수소의 합성으로부터의 테일 가스 또는 오프가스는 예비개질 단계 (b), 예비개질 단계 (c), 개질 단계 (d), 또는 이들의 조합으로 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고급 탄화수소를 함유하는 탄화수소 공급원료는 수반가스 또는 셰일가스 또는 수반석유가스로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
