- 냉간압연된 마르텐사이트계 강 시트로서, 중량 백분율로, 이하의 원소들
0.1% ≤ C ≤ 0.2%;
1.5% ≤ Mn ≤ 2.5%;
0.1% ≤ Si ≤ 0.25%;
0.1% ≤ Cr ≤ 1%;
0.01% ≤ Al ≤ 0.1%;
0.001% ≤ Ti ≤ 0.1%;
0% ≤ S ≤ 0.09%;
0% ≤ P ≤ 0.09%;
0% ≤ N ≤ 0.09%;
을 포함하는 조성을 갖고,
하기의 선택적 원소들
0% ≤ Ni ≤ 1%;
0% ≤ Cu ≤ 1%;
0% ≤ Mo ≤ 0.4%;
0% ≤ Nb ≤ 0.1%;
0% ≤ V ≤ 0.1%;
0% ≤ B ≤ 0.05%;
0% ≤ Sn ≤ 0.1%;
0% ≤ Pb ≤ 0.1%;
0% ≤ Sb ≤ 0.1%;
0.001% ≤ Ca ≤ 0.01%;

상기 조성은 0.16% 내지 0.24% 의 규소를 포함하는, 냉간압연된 마르텐사이트계 강 시트. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 조성은 0.11% 내지 0.19% 의 탄소를 포함하는, 냉간압연된 마르텐사이트계 강 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 조성은 0.01% 내지 0.05% 의 알루미늄을 포함하는, 냉간압연된 마르텐사이트계 강 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 조성은 1.6% 내지 2.4% 의 망간을 포함하는, 냉간압연된 마르텐사이트계 강 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 조성은 0.1% 내지 0.5% 의 크롬을 포함하는, 냉간압연된 마르텐사이트계 강 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
마르텐사이트의 양이 96% 내지 99% 인, 냉간압연된 마르텐사이트계 강 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
페라이트 및 베이나이트의 누적량이 1% 내지 4% 인, 냉간압연된 마르텐사이트계 강 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 강 시트는 1280 ㎫ 이상의 극한 인장 강도, 및 1100 ㎫ 이상의 항복 강도를 갖는, 냉간압연된 마르텐사이트계 강 시트. - 냉간압연된 마르텐사이트계 강 시트의 제조 방법으로서, 하기의 연속적인 단계들
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 강 조성물을 제공하는 단계;
- 반제품을 1000℃ 내지 1280℃ 의 온도로 재가열하는 단계;
- 열간압연 마무리 온도를 Ac3 내지 Ac3 + 100℃ 로 하여 상기 반제품을 오스테나이트계 범위에서 압연하여, 열간압연된 강 시트를 얻는 단계;
- 적어도 20 ℃/s 의 냉각 속도로 650℃ 미만의 코일링 온도로 상기 강 시트를 냉각하고 상기 열간압연된 강 시트를 코일링하는 단계;
- 상기 열간압연된 강 시트를 실온으로 냉각하는 단계;
- 선택적으로 상기 열간압연된 강 시트에서 스케일 제거 공정을 수행하는 단계;
- 선택적으로 상기 열간압연된 강 시트에서 어닐링을 수행하는 단계;
- 선택적으로 상기 열간압연된 강 시트에서 스케일 제거 공정을 수행하는 단계;
- 상기 열간압연된 강 시트를 35 내지 90% 의 압하율로 냉간압연하여 냉간압연된 강 시트를 얻는 단계;
- 그 후, 상기 냉간압연된 강 시트를 10 내지 500초 동안 유지되는 Ac3 내지 Ac3 + 100℃ 의 소킹 온도 (Tsoak) 로 적어도 2 ℃/s 의 속도로 가열하는 단계;
- 그 후,
о 상기 냉간압연된 강 시트를 15 ℃/s 내지 150 ℃/s 의 냉각 속도 (CR1) 로 Tsoak 로부터 650℃ 내지 750℃ 의 온도 (T1) 로 냉각하는 제 1 냉각 단계,
о 적어도 50 ℃/s 의 냉각 속도 (CR2) 로 T1 으로부터 Ms-10℃ 내지 20℃ 의 온도 (T2) 로 냉각하는 제 2 냉각 단계
의 2 단계 냉각으로 상기 냉간압연된 강 시트를 냉각하는 단계;
- 그 후, 상기 냉간압연된 강 시트를 100 내지 600초 동안 유지되는 150℃ 내지 300℃ 의 템퍼링 온도 (Ttemper) 로 적어도 1 ℃/s 의 속도로 재가열하는 단계;
- 그 후, 적어도 1 ℃/s 의 냉각 속도로 실온으로 냉각시켜서 냉간압연된 마르텐사이트계 강 시트를 얻는, 냉간압연된 마르텐사이트계 강 시트의 제조 방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 코일링 온도가 475℃ 내지 625℃ 인, 냉간압연된 마르텐사이트계 강 시트의 제조 방법. - 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,
Tsoak 가 Ac3+10℃ 내지 Ac3+100℃ 인, 냉간압연된 마르텐사이트계 강 시트의 제조 방법. - 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
CR1 이 20℃/s 내지 120℃/s 인, 냉간압연된 마르텐사이트계 강 시트의 제조 방법. - 제 10 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
T1 이 660℃ 내지 725℃ 인, 냉간압연된 마르텐사이트계 강 시트의 제조 방법. - 제 10 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
CR2 가 100℃/s 초과인, 냉간압연된 마르텐사이트계 강 시트의 제조 방법. - 제 10 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
T2 가 Ms-50℃ 내지 20℃ 인, 냉간압연된 마르텐사이트계 강 시트의 제조 방법. - 제 10 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
Ttemper 가 200℃ 내지 300℃ 인, 냉간압연된 마르텐사이트계 강 시트의 제조 방법. - 차량의 구조 부품을 제조하기 위한, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 얻을 수 있는 강 시트 또는 제 10 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 제조되는 강 시트의 용도.
