Claims (10)
- 수성 에폭시 바닥 페인트에 있어서, 별도로 포장된 A 성분과 B 성분을 포함하고, 상기 A 성분과 B 성분의 질량비는 (80 ~ 100): (44.8 ~ 123)이고;
여기서, 상기 A성분은 수성 에폭시 에멀젼이고;
중량부로 계산하면, 상기 B 성분은, 수성 에폭시 경화제 15 ~ 30 중량부, 물 20 ~ 40 중량부, 안료 3 ~ 15 중량부, 필러 5 ~ 20 중량부, 레벨링제 0.1 ~ 1 중량부, 소포제 0.1 ~ 1 중량부, 분산제 0.1 ~ 1 중량부, 강인화제 0.5 ~ 5 중량부, 레올로지 첨가제 0.5 ~ 5 중량부, 경화 촉진제 0.5 ~ 5 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 에폭시 바닥 페인트. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수성 에폭시 에멀젼은 아크릴 변성 수성 에폭시 에멀젼, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 변성 수성 에폭시 에멀젼, 폴리프로필렌 글리콜 변성 수성 에폭시 에멀젼 및 폴리에테르 아민 변성 수성 에폭시 에멀젼 중 한 가지 또는 여러 가지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 에폭시 바닥 페인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수성 에폭시 경화제는 변성 아민계 수성 에폭시 경화제, 수성 폴리아미드 경화제, 이소 포론 디아민 및 시클로 헥산 디아민 중 한 가지 또는 여러 가지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 에폭시 바닥 페인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필러는 이산화 티타늄, 황산 바륨, 활석분, 운모, 석영분 및 알루미나 중 한 가지 또는 여러 가지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 에폭시 바닥 페인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레벨링제는 변성된 실리콘형 레벨링제 및/또는 아크릴공중합체형 레벨링제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 에폭시 바닥 페인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산제는 비 이온성 습윤 분산제인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 에폭시 바닥 페인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강인화제는 쉘-코어 강인화제인 것을 특징으로하는 수성 에폭시 바닥 페인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레올로지 첨가제는 BYK-410 레올로지 첨가제, BYK-430 레올로지 첨가제 및 BYK-R605 레올로지 첨가제중 한 가지 또는 여러 가지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 에폭시 바닥 페인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화 촉진제는 2-에틸-4-메틸이미다졸, 2-메틸이미다졸, 페닐이미다졸 및 철 아세틸 아세토네이트 중 한가지 또는 여러 가지인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 에폭시 바닥 페인트.
- 수성 에폭시 에멀젼을 포장하여 수성 에폭시 바닥 페인트의 A 성분을 얻는 단계;
수성 에폭시 경화제, 물, 안료, 필러, 레벨링제, 소포제, 분산제, 강인화제, 레올로지 첨가제 및 경화 촉진제를 혼합한 다음 여과, 포장하여 수성 에폭시 바닥 페인트의 B 성분을 얻는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항~제9항의 어느 한 항에 따른 수성 에폭시 바닥 페인트의 제조 방법.
