Claims (11)
- 복수의 배터리 셀;
상기 복수의 배터리 셀이 내장되는 케이스;
배터리 팩과 디바이스를 전기적으로 연결하기 위한 커넥터; 및
상기 배터리 팩의 작동을 제어하고, 상기 케이스의 내부 또는 외부에 위치하여 상기 커넥터가 결합되는 PCB(Printed circuit board)를 포함하고,
상기 커넥터는 삽입되는 디바이스 핀과 전기적으로 접촉되는 제1 접점을 형성하는 클립부 및 상기 클립부에 일측이 연결되고 상기 제1 접점의 간격과 반대로 거동하는 간격의 제2 접점을 형성하는 접촉 아암을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터는 상기 PCB와 결합되는 연결부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 접점 및 제2 접점의 간격은 상기 커넥터에 삽입되는 상기 디바이스 핀의 두께보다 좁게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 클립부와 상기 접촉 아암은 상기 디바이스 핀의 삽입 및 분리가 용이하도록 탄성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클립부는 상기 디바이스 핀의 삽입 및 분리가 용이하도록 상기 제1 접점을 형성하는 부분을 기준으로 양쪽이 외측으로 절곡되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터는 삽입되는 상기 디바이스 핀의 말단부와 접촉하는 제3 접점을 가지는 접촉 플레이트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 플레이트는 상기 접촉 아암과 이격하여 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 클립부, 접촉 아암 및 연결부를 포함하여 배터리 팩과 디바이스를 전기적으로 연결하는 커넥터로서,
상기 클립부는 삽입되는 디바이스 핀과 전기적으로 접촉되는 제1 접점을 형성하고, 상기 접촉 아암은 상기 클립부에 연결되고 상기 제1 접점의 간격과 반대로 거동하는 간격의 제2 접점을 형성하며, 상기 연결부는 상기 배터리 팩의 PCB와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터는 삽입되는 상기 디바이스 핀의 말단부와 접촉하는 제3 접점을 가지는 접촉 플레이트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 배터리 팩을 포함하는 디바이스.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 디바이스는 진공 청소기 또는 전동공구인 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
