Claims (13)
- 하나 이상의 단위 셀을 포함하는 배터리 모듈(100);
상기 배터리 모듈(100)을 수용하는 수납부가 구비된 케이스(200);
상기 케이스(200) 외측 저면에 위치하는 냉각부(300); 및
상기 냉각부(300)를 보호하는 보강부재(400);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 냉각부(300)는, 냉각 유로(311)가 형성되어 있는 히트싱크(310), 및 상기 히트싱크(310)로 냉매를 공급하고 회수하기 위한 냉매 주입구(321)와 냉매 유출구(322)가 구비된 냉매 순환관(320)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 냉각부(300)는 접착부재(330)에 의해 상기 케이스(200)와 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 접착부재(330)는 열전도성 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 냉매 순환관(320)은 상기 케이스(200)와 결합하기 위한 체결부(312)가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 케이스(200) 수납부 바닥면에는 상기 배터리 모듈(100)에서 발생한 열을 상기 케이스(200)로 전달하기 위한 방열판(210)이 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 냉매 순환관(320)은 상기 보강부재(400) 외부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 보강부재(400)는 상기 케이스(200)의 외측 저면과 마주 보는 한 쌍의 측면과 밀착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 보강부재(400)에는 복수개의 개구부(410)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 히트싱크(310) 양측 단부에는 상기 냉매 순환관(320)과 연결되는 냉매 입구(313)와 냉매 출구(314)가 형성되되,
상기 냉매 입구(313)와 냉매 출구(314)는 상기 개구부(410)를 통해 외부로 돌출된 상태로 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 히트싱크(310)의 냉매 입구(313)와 냉매 순환관(320), 및 냉매 출구(314)와 냉매 순환관(320) 사이에는 분기관(323)이 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 냉매 주입구(321)와 냉매 배출구(322)는 케이스(200)에 직접 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 배터리 팩이 장착된 디바이스.
