Claims (9)
- 다음의 단계를 순서대로 포함하는, 적어도 부분적으로 텍스처링된 유리 물품의 제조 방법:
a) 서로 대향하는 제1 주 표면 및 제2 주 표면을 갖는 부분적으로 텍스처링된 원장 유리 기판을 제공하는 단계,
b) 원장 유리 기판의 크기보다 더 작은 크기를 갖는 적어도 하나의 유리 물품을 유리 기판으로부터 분할하기 위해, 유리 기판의 적어도 제1 주 표면에 레이저를 조사하여, 윤곽 라인을 한정하고 제1 주 표면으로부터 제2 주 표면까지 깊이 방향으로 연장되는 적어도 하나의 분리 라인을 제1 주 표면 상에 형성하는 단계, 및
c) 적어도 하나의 분리 라인을 따라 원장 유리 기판으로부터 적어도 하나의 부분적으로 텍스처링된 유리 물품을 분리하는 단계. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 분리 라인은 스폿-절단 라인을 형성하는 복수개의 인접한 보이드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
조사 단계 (b)와 분리 단계 (c) 사이에, 원장 유리 기판을 화학적으로 강화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 물품.
- 다음을 나타내는 적어도 하나의 가장자리를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 부분적으로 텍스처링된 유리 물품:
- 제1 및 제2 주 표면과 형성된 각도가 각각 90° ± 7°이고; 그리고
- 2로 나눠진 시트 두께에서 라인에 따른 위치에서 측정된 Ra에 의해 정의된 표면 조도가 0.1 내지 1 마이크로미터이다. - 부분적으로 텍스처링된 유리 물품으로서,
- 유리 물품의 제1 및 제2 주 표면에서의 칼륨 수준은 유리 물품의 가장자리에서의 칼륨 수준보다 더 높고,
- 유리 물품의 가장자리에서의 칼륨 수준은 유리 물품 벌크에서의 칼륨 수준보다 더 높은 것을 특징으로 하는, 유리 물품. - 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
두께가 0.03 내지 19 mm의 범위이고, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.03 mm 내지 6 mm의 범위이고, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 2.2 mm의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 물품. - 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
차량의 내부 글레이징인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 물품. - 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
차량의 유리 콘, 대시보드 또는 트림 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 물품.
