Claims (4)
- 실린더 보어를 형성하는 하우징,
상기 하우징에 회전 가능하게 설치되며 오일 통로를 형성하는 구동 샤프트,
상기 구동 샤프트와 함께 회전하도록 상기 구동 샤프트에 체결되는 상태로 상기 하우징 내에 배치되는 사판,
상기 사판의 회전에 대응하여 왕복 운동을 하도록 상기 사판에 연결되는 상태로 상기 실린더 보어에 배치되는 복수의 피스톤,
상기 하우징의 후방에 체결되며 배출 포트를 형성하는 후방 헤드, 그리고
상기 후방 헤드의 배출 포트에 설치되어 냉매에 혼합된 오일을 분리하는 오일 분리기
를 포함하고,
상기 오일 통로는 상기 오일 분리기에서 분리된 오일이 유입될 수 있도록 상기 구동 샤프트의 일측 단으로 노출되는 상태로 상기 구동 샤프트의 길이방향으로 연장되며,
상기 구동 샤프트는 상기 오일 통로의 오일이 상기 사판의 양 측면으로 배출될 수 있도록 상기 오일 통로에 연통되게 형성되는 오일 배출 홀을 구비하는
사판식 압축기. - 제1항에서,
상기 사판의 양 측면을 지지하는 쓰러스트 베어링을 더 포함하고,
상기 오일 배출 홀은 출구가 상기 사판의 측면과 상기 쓰러스트 베어링 사이에 위치하도록 형성되는
사판식 압축기. - 제2항에서,
상기 오일 배출 홀은 상기 오일 통로와 상기 구동 샤프트의 외주면을 연결하도록 반경방향으로 연장되는 사판식 압축기. - 제1항에서,
상기 사판의 측면에는 상기 오일 배출 홀에 이어지며 반경방향으로 연장되는 오일 그루브가 형성되는 사판식 압축기.
