Abstract
Description
일 실시형태에 따르면, 라인 4 및 7 을 통해 각 환원 구역 (RED 1 및 RED 2)의 출구에서 얻어진 환원 유출물은 라인 6 및 11 을 통해 각 반응 구역의 제 1 반응기 (R1, R3) 의 상부로 적어도 부분적으로 보내지고 라인 1 을 통해 새로운 탄화수소 공급원료와 라인 5 및 12 를 통해 적어도 부분적으로 혼합된다.
Claims (13)
- 400℃ 내지 700℃ 의 온도, 0.1 내지 10 MPa 의 압력 및 0.1 내지 10 h-1 의 촉매 단위 중량당 및 시간당 처리된 공급원료의 중량에 따른 유량으로 분자당 5 내지 12 개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 파라핀계, 나프텐계 및 방향족 탄화수소를 포함하는 탄화수소 공급원료를 촉매 개질하기 위한 방법으로서,
- 상기 탄화수소 공급원료 (1) 는 적어도
a) 수소의 존재하에, 이동 층에서 순환하는 제 1 촉매를 포함하는 일련의 2 개의 촉매 개질 반응기 (R1, R2) 를 적어도 포함하는 제 1 반응 구역; 이어서
b) 반응 유출물 (13) 을 얻기 위해, 수소의 존재하에, 상기 제 1 촉매와 동일하거나 상이하며 이동 층에서 순환하는 제 2 촉매를 포함하는 일련의 2 개의 촉매 개질 반응기 (R3, R4) 를 적어도 포함하는 제 2 반응 구역
을 통해 순환되고,
- 상기 제 1 촉매 및 상기 제 2 촉매는 각각
i) 상기 제 1 반응 구역 및 상기 제 2 반응 구역; 이어서
ii) 제 1 재생 구역 및 제 2 재생 구역 (REG); 이어서
iii) 단계 i) 에서 상기 제 1 촉매 및 상기 제 2 촉매를 상기 제 1 반응 구역 및 상기 제 2 반응 구역으로 복귀시키기 전에, 수소의 존재하에, 제 1 환원 구역 및 제 2 환원 구역 (RED 1 및 RED 2)
을 통해 순환되고,
각 환원 구역 (RED 1 및 RED 2) 의 출구에서 얻어진 환원 유출물 (4 및 7) 은 적어도 부분적으로 각 반응 구역의 제 1 반응기 (R1, R3) 의 상부로 보내지는, 탄화수소 공급원료를 촉매 개질하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 촉매 및 상기 제 2 촉매가 동일한, 탄화수소 공급원료를 촉매 개질하기 위한 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
제 1 및 제 2 중간 재생 구역들이 단지 하나의 동일한 공통 재생 구역을 형성하는, 탄화수소 공급원료를 촉매 개질하기 위한 방법. - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 반응 구역의 출구에서 생성된 코크스의 레벨이 상기 제 1 촉매의 총 중량에 대해 3 중량% 내지 7 중량% 인, 탄화수소 공급원료를 촉매 개질하기 위한 방법. - 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 반응 구역의 출구에서 생성된 코크스의 레벨이 상기 제 2 촉매의 총 중량에 대해 3 중량% 내지 7 중량% 인, 탄화수소 공급원료를 촉매 개질하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 촉매 및 상기 제 2 촉매가 상이한, 탄화수소 공급원료를 촉매 개질하기 위한 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
제 1 및 제 2 중간 재생 구역들이 단지 하나의 동일한 구획화된 재생 구역을 형성하는, 탄화수소 공급원료를 촉매 개질하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 촉매 및 상기 제 2 촉매가 제 1 및 제 2 중간 재생 구역들 내에서 중력에 의해 순환하는, 탄화수소 공급원료를 촉매 개질하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
재생 구역들 (REG) 이 연속적으로 그리고 상기 제 1 촉매 및 상기 제 2 촉매의 다음 순환 순서로
- 촉매에 디포짓팅된 코크스의 연소 단계 (I);
- 결정을 재분산하는 것을 가능하게 하는 옥시염소화 단계 (II); 및
- 촉매의 산화물을 환원시키기 위한 하소 단계
를 포함하는, 탄화수소 공급원료를 촉매 개질하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
각 환원 구역 (RED 1 및 RED 2) 의 출구에서 얻어진 환원 유출물 (4 및 7) 이 신선한 탄화수소 공급원료 (1) 와 적어도 부분적으로 (5 및 12) 혼합되는, 탄화수소 공급원료를 촉매 개질하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 탄화수소 공급원료가 나프타 컷인, 탄화수소 공급원료를 촉매 개질하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 촉매는 지지체 및 활성 상을 포함하고, 상기 활성 상은 VIII 족으로부터의 적어도 하나의 금속, 선택적으로 적어도 하나의 촉진제 금속, 적어도 하나의 도펀트 및/또는 할로겐을 포함하는, 탄화수소 공급원료를 촉매 개질하기 위한 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
VIII 족으로부터의 금속이 백금인, 탄화수소 공급원료를 촉매 개질하기 위한 방법.
