Claims (4)
- 강판의 표면 상에 용융 아연 도금층을 갖는 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판으로서,
상기 강판이, 질량%로,
C: 0.12∼0.35%,
Si: 0.5∼3.0%,
Mn: 1.5∼4.0%,
P: 0.100% 이하(0%는 포함하지 않음),
S: 0.02% 이하(0%는 포함하지 않음) 및,
Al: 0.01∼1.50%를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 성분 조성을 갖고,
강판 표면으로부터 300∼400㎛의 범위 내의 강판 조직에 대하여, 마르텐사이트의 면적률이 30% 이하, 펄라이트의 면적률이 1% 이하, 템퍼링 마르텐사이트와 탄화물을 포함하는 베이나이트의 합계 면적률이 30% 이상 99% 이하, 잔류 오스테나이트의 면적률이 1∼20%, 또한 페라이트와 탄화물을 포함하지 않는 베이나이트의 합계 면적률이 45% 이하이고,
상기 강판 표면으로부터 300∼400㎛의 범위 내의 전체 잔류 오스테나이트립 중, 2개 이상의 결정 방위를 갖는 잔류 오스테나이트립의 비율이, 면적률로 40% 이하인, 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 강판이, 상기 성분 조성에 더하여 추가로, 질량%로,
Cr: 0.005∼2.0%,
Ni: 0.005∼2.0%,
Cu: 0.005∼2.0%,
V: 0.1∼1.5%,
Mo: 0.1∼1.5%,
Ti: 0.005∼0.10%,
Nb: 0.005∼0.10%,
B: 0.0001∼0.0050%,
Ca: 0.0003∼0.0050%,
REM: 0.0003∼0.0050%,
Sn: 0.005∼0.50% 및,
Sb: 0.005∼0.50% 중으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 함유하는, 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 용융 아연 도금층이, 합금화 용융 아연 도금층인, 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 성분 조성을 갖는 슬래브에, 열간 압연을 실시한 후, 냉각하고, 권취하는 열연 공정을 실시하고,
상기 열연 공정에서 얻어진 열연판, 또는 상기 열연판에 추가로 압하율 30% 이상으로 냉간 압연한 냉연판을, (Ac1-5℃)∼(Ac1+10℃)의 온도역에서 15s 이상 체류시키고, 또한 당해 체류의 사이에 0 초과∼10㎫의 장력을 부가하고,
이어서, 750∼940℃의 어닐링 온도까지 가열하여 10∼600s 체류시키고,
이어서, 상기 어닐링 온도에서 550℃까지의 사이를 제1 평균 냉각 속도 3℃/s 이상, 또한 제1 냉각 정지 온도(Ms∼550℃)에서 냉각하고,
이어서, (Ms∼580℃)의 도금 처리 온도에서 10∼300s 체류시키고, 당해 체류의 사이에, 아연 도금 처리, 또는 상기 아연 도금 처리 후에 도금 합금화 처리를 행하고,
이어서, 상기 도금 처리 온도에서 350℃까지의 사이를 제2 평균 냉각 속도 50℃/s 이상, 또한 제2 냉각 정지 온도 50∼350℃에서 냉각하고,
이어서, 상기 제2 냉각 정지 온도 초과, 또한 300∼500℃의 재가열 온도까지 가열하여 1∼600s 체류시킨 후, 실온까지 냉각하는, 고강도 용융 아연 도금 강판의 제조 방법.
