Abstract
즉, 본 발명은 차량의 제동 중 저더 발생 여부를 판정한 정보를 저장하고, 추후 정비시 별도의 주행 재현 평가 및 디스크의 두께 측정 평가 등과 같은 방법을 실시하지 않고도 저장된 정보를 기반으로 저더 발생 차량임을 쉽게 확인할 수 있도록 한 자동차의 브레이크 저더 감지 시스템 및 방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다.

- 마스터실린더에서 휠실린더로 분배되는 마스터실린더 유압을 감지하는 유압센서;
스티어링 휠의 조향 토크를 감지하는 스티어링 휠 토크센서;
차량의 횡감속도 및 종감속도를 감지하는 가속도센서;
차량의 제동시 상기 유압센서)의 감지 신호를 비롯하여 스티어링 휠 토크센서의 감지 신호 및 가속도센서의 감지 신호를 기반으로 저더 발생 여부를 판정하는 제어기; 및
상기 제어기의 저더 발생 여부를 판정한 결과 정보를 저장하는 저장장치;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 브레이크 저더 감지 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제어기에는 브레이크 페달 작동 감지 스위치가 온 또는 오프신호 전송 가능하게 더 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 브레이크 저더 감지 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제어기는:
상기 유압센서의 감지 신호를 비롯하여 상기 가속도센서의 감지 신호 및 상기 스티어링 휠 토크센서의 감지 신호에 대한 진폭 및 주파수를 계산하는 단계;
계산된 각 신호의 주파수가 저더주파수와 일치하는지 여부를 판정하는 동시에 계산된 각 신호의 진폭을 기준값과 비교하는 단계;
계산된 각 신호의 주파수가 저더주파수와 일치하는 동시에 계산된 각 신호의 진폭 크기가 기준값보다 크면, 저더가 발생한 것으로 판정하는 단계;
를 통하여 저더 발생 여부를 판정할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 브레이크 저더 감지 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제어기에는 차량의 제동 중 저더 현상에 따른 진동과 유사한 노면 진동을 식별하기 위한 센서로서, 각 바퀴의 휠속을 측정하는 휠스피드 센서가 신호 전송 가능하게 더 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 브레이크 저더 감지 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 저장장치에는 저장된 정보를 확인하여 저더 발생 차량을 확인할 수 있도록 한 진단기가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 브레이크 저더 감지 시스템.
- 제어기에서 차량의 제동 여부 및 ABS 작동 여부를 확인하는 단계;
차량이 제동 중이면서 ABS 미작동으로 확인되면, 제어기에서 마스터실린더 유압을 감지하는 유압센서의 감지 신호를 비롯하여 스티어링 휠 토크센서의 감지 신호 및 가속도센서의 감지 신호를 기반으로 저더 발생 여부를 판정하는 단계; 및
상기 제어기의 저더 발생 여부를 판정한 결과 정보가 저장장치에 저장되는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 브레이크 저더 감지 방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 제동 여부는 브레이크 페달 작동 감지 스위치의 온 신호에 의하여 확인하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 브레이크 저더 감지 방법.

상기 제어기에서 저더 발생 여부를 판정하는 단계는:
상기 유압센서의 감지 신호를 비롯하여 상기 가속도센서의 감지 신호 및 상기 스티어링 휠 토크센서의 감지 신호에 대한 진폭 및 주파수를 계산하는 단계;
계산된 각 신호의 주파수가 저더주파수와 일치하는지 여부를 판정하는 동시에 계산된 각 신호의 진폭을 기준값과 비교하는 단계;
계산된 각 신호의 주파수가 저더주파수와 일치하는 동시에 계산된 각 신호의 진폭 크기가 기준값보다 크면, 저더가 발생한 것으로 판정하는 단계;

상기 저더가 발생한 것으로 판정하는 단계에서,
요철노면에 의한 진동이 아닌 것으로 판정되면, 저더발생 카운트가 누적되고, 저더발생 카운트의 누적 횟수가 기준횟수를 초과하는 경우, 저장장치에 저더발생 카운트의 누적 횟수가 기준횟수를 초과하였다는 정보가 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 브레이크 저더 감지 방법.

상기 저장장치에 정비소에 구비된 진단기를 연결하여 저장된 정보를 확인하는 과정을 통하여, 정비 대상 차량이 저더 발생 차량임을 확인할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 브레이크 저더 감지 방법.

상기 제어기에서 제동 중 요철노면에 의한 진동을 식별하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 브레이크 저더 감지 방법.

기준 휠속도(dV기준) 및 기준 휠속도 기울기(dV기준/dt=K)를 연산하는 단계;

상기 저장장치(110)에 저장된 카운트 누적 횟수를 규정횟수와 비교하여, 상기 카운트 누적 횟수가 규정횟수를 초과하면, 현재 휠속도 기울기(αn)의 주기(Tn)를 연산하는 단계;
연산된 현재 휠속도 기울기(αn)의 주기(Tn)가 차속별 휠 회전주기와 비교하여 차속별 휠 회전주기의 산포 범위에 포함되지 않으면, 제동 중 요철 노면진동이 발생된 것으로 판정하는 단계;
로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 브레이크 저더 감지 방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 현재 휠속도 기울기(αn)의 주기(Tn)는 기준 휠속도 기울기(K)의 상한치를 초과하거나 기준 휠속도 기울기(K)의 하한치 미만인 현재 휠속도 기울기(αn) 들의 극대 및 극소값, 그리고 기준 휠속도 기울기(K)와 유사한 크로스 포인트를 이용하여 연산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 브레이크 저더 감지 방법.
