Claims (12)
- 기재와,
상기 기재의 한쪽 측면에 마련된 트렌치 형성층과,
도전 패턴층을 구비하고,
바닥면과 상기 트렌치 형성층의 표면을 포함하는 측면을 갖는 트렌치가 형성되어 있고,
상기 트렌치를 상기 도전 패턴층이 충전하고 있고,
상기 도전 패턴층의 측면 중 적어도 일부와 상기 트렌치의 측면과의 사이에 간극이 형성되어 있는, 도전성 기판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 도전 패턴층의 폭이 0.3 내지 5.0㎛이고, 또한, 상기 도전 패턴층의 폭에 대한 상기 도전 패턴층의 두께의 비가 0.1 내지 10.0인, 도전성 기판. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 도전 패턴층의 상기 트렌치의 바닥면과는 반대측의 면의 표면 거칠기(Ra)가 100nm 이하인, 도전성 기판. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 도전 패턴층이, 상기 트렌치의 바닥면과는 반대측의 면을 포함하는 상기 도전 패턴층의 표면을 구성하는 흑화층을 갖고, 상기 흑화층의 표면 거칠기(Ra)가 15 내지 60nm인, 도전성 기판. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 트렌치 형성층 및 상기 도전 패턴층의 상기 기재와는 반대측의 면의 적어도 일부를 덮는 보호막을 추가로 구비하고, 상기 보호막의 굴절율이 1.0보다 크고, 상기 트렌치 형성층의 굴절율보다도 작은, 도전성 기판. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 도전 패턴층이 메시상의 패턴을 형성하고 있는, 도전성 기판. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 도전성 기판과, 상기 도전성 기판에 실장되어 있는 전자 부품을 구비하는 전자 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 전자 장치가 상기 도전성 기판의 도전 패턴층 위에 마련된 접속부를 추가로 구비하고,
상기 전자 부품이, 상기 접속부를 개재하여 상기 도전성 기판에 접속되어 있는, 전자 장치. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 전자 장치가,
상기 도전성 기판의 도전 패턴층 위에 마련된 밀착층과,
상기 트렌치 형성층 위 및 상기 밀착층 위에 마련되고, 상기 트렌치 형성층의 상기 기재와는 반대측의 표면을 덮고, 상기 밀착층의 일부가 노출되는 개구부를 갖는 절연층과,
상기 밀착층의 개구부 내에 노출된 상기 밀착층의 면 위에 마련된 UBM층과,
상기 UBM층 위에 마련된 접속부를 추가로 구비하고,
상기 전자 부품이, 상기 접속부, 상기 UBM층 및 상기 밀착층을 개재하여 상기 도전성 기판에 접속되어 있는, 전자 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 도전성 기판과, 상기 도전성 기판에 실장되어 있는 발광 소자를 구비하는 표시 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 표시 장치가 상기 도전성 기판의 도전 패턴층 위에 마련된 접속부를 추가로 구비하고,
상기 발광 소자가, 상기 접속부를 개재하여 상기 도전성 기판에 접속되어 있는, 표시 장치. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 표시 장치가,
상기 도전성 기판의 도전 패턴층 위에 마련된 밀착층과,
상기 트렌치 형성층 위 및 상기 밀착층 위에 마련되고, 상기 트렌치 형성층의 상기 기재와는 반대측의 표면을 덮고, 상기 밀착층의 일부가 노출되는 개구부를 갖는 절연층과,
상기 밀착층의 개구부 내에 노출된 상기 밀착층의 면 위에 마련된 UBM층과,
상기 UBM층 위에 마련된 접속부를 추가로 구비하고,
상기 발광 소자가, 상기 접속부, 상기 UBM층 및 상기 밀착층을 개재하여 상기 도전성 기판에 접속되어 있는, 표시 장치.
