Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 충방전 기능을 갖는 차체 부재는 차체를 구성하는 부재로서, 탄소섬유로 이루어지는 제 1 음극부와; 상기 제 1 음극부의 일면으로 접촉하면서 배치되고, 양극활물질와 고체전해질을 포함하면서 형성되는 제 1 양극부로 이루어지며, 상기 제 1 음극부와 제 1 양극부를 관통하는 적어도 하나 이상의 제 1 비아홀이 형성되는 제 1 셀부와; 탄소섬유로 이루어지는 제 2 음극부와; 상기 제 2 음극부의 타면으로 접촉하면서 배치되고, 양극활물질와 고체전해질을 포함하면서 형성되는 제 2 양극부로 이루어지는 제 2 셀부와; 상기 제 1 셀부의 일면과 제 2 셀부의 타면 사이에 개재되어 제 1 셀부와 제 2 셀부를 절연시키고, 상기 제 1 셀부에 형성된 제 1 비아홀에 연통되는 적어도 하나 이상의 절연 비아홀이 형성되는 절연층과; 상기 제 1 비아홀과 절연 비아홀을 통하여 상기 제 1 셀부의 제 1 음극부와 상기 제 2 셀부의 제 2 양극부를 직렬로 연결시키는 직렬 연결체와; 상기 제 1 셀부의 제 1 양극부에 연결되는 양극 집전체와; 상기 제 2 셀부의 제 2 음극부에 연결되는 음극 집전체를 포함한다.

Claims (11)
- 차체를 구성하는 부재로서,
탄소섬유로 이루어지는 제 1 음극부와; 상기 제 1 음극부의 일면으로 접촉하면서 배치되고, 양극활물질와 고체전해질을 포함하면서 형성되는 제 1 양극부로 이루어지며, 상기 제 1 음극부와 제 1 양극부를 관통하는 적어도 하나 이상의 제 1 비아홀이 형성되는 제 1 셀부와;
탄소섬유로 이루어지는 제 2 음극부와; 상기 제 2 음극부의 타면으로 접촉하면서 배치되고, 양극활물질와 고체전해질을 포함하면서 형성되는 제 2 양극부로 이루어지는 제 2 셀부와;
상기 제 1 셀부의 일면과 제 2 셀부의 타면 사이에 개재되어 제 1 셀부와 제 2 셀부를 절연시키고, 상기 제 1 셀부에 형성된 제 1 비아홀에 연통되는 적어도 하나 이상의 절연 비아홀이 형성되는 절연층과;
상기 제 1 비아홀과 절연 비아홀을 통하여 상기 제 1 셀부의 제 1 음극부와 상기 제 2 셀부의 제 2 양극부를 직렬로 연결시키는 직렬 연결체와;
상기 제 1 셀부의 제 1 양극부에 연결되는 양극 집전체와;
상기 제 2 셀부의 제 2 음극부에 연결되는 음극 집전체를 포함하는 충방전 기능을 갖는 차체 부재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제 1 음극부 및 제 2 음극부는 탄소섬유가 서로 다른 배열방향으로 마련된 다수의 강화섬유시트를 적층하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전 기능을 갖는 차체 부재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제 1 양극부는 상기 제 1 음극부의 일면에 대향하여 배치되면서 양극활물질이 분포되는 제 1 양극층과, 상기 제 1 음극부와 제 1 양극층 사이에서 상기 제 1 음극부와 제 1 양극층과 각각 접촉하도록 배치되면서 고체전해질로 형성되는 제 1 고체전해질층으로 형성되고,
상기 제 2 양극부는 상기 제 2 음극부의 타면에 대향하여 배치되면서 양극활물질이 분포되는 제 2 양극층과, 상기 제 2 음극부와 제 2 양극층 사이에서 상기 제 2 음극부와 제 2 양극층과 각각 접촉하도록 배치되면서 고체전해질로 형성되는 제 2 고체전해질층으로 형성되며,
상기 제 1 양극층과 상기 제 2 양극층 사이는 상기 절연층으로 절연되고,
상기 제 2 양극층과 상기 제 1 음극부는 상기 직렬 연결체로 직렬 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전 기능을 갖는 차체 부재.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 직렬 연결체는,
상기 제 1 음극부의 타면으로 접촉하면서 배치되고, 상기 제 1 비아홀의 내부로 절곡되어 연장되는 제 1 직렬 연결체와;
상기 절연층과 제 2 양극층 사이에 개재되도록 배치되고, 상기 절연 비아홀과 제 1 비아홀의 내부로 절곡되어 연장되어 상기 제 1 직렬 연결체와 접촉되는 제 2 직렬 연결체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전 기능을 갖는 차체 부재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제 2 셀부에는 상기 제 1 비아홀이 형성되는 위치와 연통되는 위치에 상기 제 2 음극부와 제 2 양극부를 소정 영역에서 관통하는 적어도 하나 이상의 제 2 비아홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전 기능을 갖는 차체 부재.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 제 1 비아홀, 절연 비아홀 및 제 2 비아홀의 일부 또는 전부에는 보강체가 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전 기능을 갖는 차체 부재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 차체 부재는 다수개가 구비되고,
각각의 차체 부재를 구성하는 양극 집전체끼리 병렬로 연결되고,
각각의 차체 부재를 구성하는 음극 집전체끼리 병렬로 연결되며,
상기 양극 집전체와 음극 집전체는 스위치에 의해 차량의 알터네이터 또는 전자기기수단에 선택적으로 연결되되,
상기 양극 집전체와 음극 집전체가 차량의 알터네이터와 전기적으로 연결되는 동안 상기 차체 부재를 통한 충전이 이루어지고,
상기 양극 집전체와 음극 집전체가 차량의 전자기기수단과 연결되는 동안 상기 차체 부재를 통한 방전에 의해 발생된 전원을 차량의 전자기기수단에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전 기능을 갖는 차체 부재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 차체 부재는 다수개가 구비되고,
각각의 차체 부재를 구성하는 제 1 양극층에 연결된 양극 집전체는 다른 하나의 차체 부재를 구성하는 제 2 음극부에 연결된 음극 집전체와 직렬로 연결되어 상호 간에 직렬로 연결되며,
직렬로 연결된 차체 부재 중 일측 단부에 배치된 차체 부재의 양극 집전체와 타측 단부에 배치된 차체 부재의 음극 집전체는 스위치에 의해 차량의 알터네이터 또는 전자기기수단에 선택적으로 연결되되,
상기 양극 집전체와 음극 집전체가 차량의 알터네이터와 전기적으로 연결되는 동안 상기 차체 부재를 통한 충전이 이루어지고,
상기 양극 집전체와 음극 집전체가 차량의 전자기기수단과 연결되는 동안 상기 차체 부재를 통한 방전에 의해 발생된 전원을 차량의 전자기기수단에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전 기능을 갖는 차체 부재.
- 청구항 7 또는 청구항 8에 있어서,
다수개가 구비되는 상기 차체 부재는 적어도 어느 하나가 차량의 루프 패널을 형성하고, 나머지 차체 부재는 차량의 루프 레일을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전 기능을 갖는 차체 부재.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
루프 패널을 형성하는 차체 부재와 루프 레일을 형성하는 차체 부재는 절연부재에 의해 절연되는 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전 기능을 갖는 차체 부재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제 1 셀부, 제 2 셀부, 절연층 및 직렬 연결체는 수지로 몰딩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전 기능을 갖는 차체 부재.
