Claims (10)
- 액적형태로 분열된 후 하강하는 용융금속을 냉각시키는 챔버를 포함하는 금속 분말 제조장치로서,
상기 챔버는 내벽에 상기 분열된 용융금속을 냉각시키는 냉각수 분사노즐을 구비하고,
상기 냉각수 분사노즐은, 상기 챔버의 내벽과 연직방향으로 제1경사각(θ11)을 이루고 제1높이에 구비되는 제1냉각수 분사노즐과, 상기 챔버의 내벽과 연직방향으로 상기 제1경사각보다 더 큰 제2경사각(θ12)을 이루고 상기 제1높이보다 낮은 제2높이에 구비되는 제2냉각수 분사노즐을 포함하는 금속 분말 제조장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1냉각수 분사노즐은 상기 제1높이에 위치하는 복수개의 냉각수 분사노즐을 포함하는 금속 분말 제조장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
2보다 큰 자연수 n에 대하여, 제(n-1)높이보다 낮은 높이를 갖는 냉각수 분사노즐 중 가장 높은 위치를 가지는 하나 이상의 냉각수 분사노즐을 제n냉각수 분사노즐이라 하고, 상기 제n냉각수 분사노즐의 분사방향이 상기 챔버의 내벽과 연직방향으로 이루는 각도를 제n경사각(θ1n)이라할 때, θ11 ≤ θ12 ≤ … ≤ θ1n 를 만족하는 금속 분말 제조장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 냉각수 분사노즐은 부채꼴 형태로 냉각수를 분사하는 냉각수 분사노즐을 포함하는 금속 분말 제조장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 챔버의 내벽에 구비되어 상기 냉각수 분사노즐을 보호하는 가림판을 포함하는 금속 분말 제조장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 챔버는 상부에서의 내경이 하부에서의 내경의 1배 내지 3배인 금속 분말 제조장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 챔버의 길이는 상기 챔버의 상부에서의 내경의 1배 내지 5배인 금속 분말 제조장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 냉각수 분사노즐의 냉각수 분사 압력은 80 bar 내지 150bar 인 금속 분말 제조장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제1경사각은 10°내지 60°인 금속 분말 제조장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 냉각수 분사노즐이 냉각수를 분사하는 부채꼴 형태의 중심각인 분사각은 30°내지 130°범위인 금속 분말 제조장치.
