Claims (18)
- 수소와 공기를 각각 공급받고, 내부에서 수소와 산소의 반응에 의해 전력을 발전하는 연료전지;
연료전지가 탑재된 차량의 주행 상태를 판단하는 주행판단부;
연료전지로부터 공급이 요구되는 요구 전력을 산출하는 전력산출부; 및
주행판단부에서 판단한 주행 상태 및 전력산출부에서 산출한 요구 전력을 기반으로 연료전지로 공급하는 공기 공급을 제어하는 공급제어부;를 포함하는 연료전지 차량의 운전 제어시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
주행판단부에서는, 연료전지 차량의 차속 정보 또는 변속단 정보를 기반으로 차량이 주행하는 상태인지 또는 정차하는 상태인지 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량의 운전 제어시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
주행판단부에서는, 네비게이션 정보를 기반으로 차량이 목적지에 도착한 경우 차량이 정차하는 상태인 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량의 운전 제어시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
전력산출부에서는, 주행판단부에서 차량이 정차하는 상태로 판단한 경우, 보기류가 소모하는 전력을 요구 전력으로 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량의 운전 제어시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
공급제어부에서는, 연료전지에서 요구 전력의 발전에 요구되는 요구 산소량이 포함된 요구 공기량의 기설정된 비율로 공기 공급을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량의 운전 제어시스템. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
기설정된 비율은 주행판단부에서 차량이 정차하는 상태로 판단한 경우, 차량이 주행하는 상태로 판단시보다 작게 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량의 운전 제어시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
공급제어부에서는, 주행판단부에서 차량이 정차하는 상태로 판단시 요구 전력 대비 공기 공급량을 차량이 주행하는 상태에서 요구 전력 대비 공기 공급량보다 감소되도록 공기 공급을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량의 운전 제어시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
공급제어부에서는, 연료전지로 공기를 공급하는 공기공급라인에 위치된 압축기의 회전속도 또는 연료전지로부터 공기를 배출하는 공기배출라인에 위치된 압력조절밸브의 개도를 조절함으로써 공기 공급을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량의 운전 제어시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
외기 온도를 측정하는 온도센서;를 더 포함하고,
공급제어부에서는, 온도센서에서 측정한 외기 온도가 기설정된 온도 이하인 경우에 요구 전력 대비 공기 공급량이 감소되도록 공기 공급을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량의 운전 제어시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
연료전지에는 복수 개의 단위셀이 적층된 스택이 복수 개 포함되고,
공급제어부에서는, 주행판단부에서 차량이 정차하는 상태로 판단시 복수 개의 스택 중 일부에만 공기를 공급하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량의 운전 제어시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
주행판단부에서 판단한 주행 상태를 기반으로 연료전지의 냉각을 제어하는 냉각제어부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량의 운전 제어시스템. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
냉각제어부에서는, 주행판단부에서 차량이 정차하는 상태로 판단시 연료전지의 냉각을 제어하는 목표 온도인 타겟 온도를 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량의 운전 제어시스템. - 청구항 12에 있어서,
냉각제어부에서는, 연료전지 내부의 공기 습도가 기설정된 습도 범위 이내로 유지되도록 타겟 온도를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량의 운전 제어시스템. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
냉각제어부에서는, 연료전지로 순환되는 냉각수를 순환시키는 냉각펌프의 회전수 또는 냉각수와 외기를 냉각시키는 라디에이터로 외기를 유동시키는 냉각팬의 회전수를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량의 운전 제어시스템. - 연료전지가 탑재된 차량의 주행 상태를 판단하는 단계;
연료전지로부터 공급이 요구되는 요구 전력을 산출하는 단계; 및
판단한 주행 상태 및 산출한 요구 전력을 기반으로 연료전지로 공급하는 공기 공급을 제어하는 단계;를 포함하는 연료전지 차량의 운전 제어방법. - 청구항 15에 있어서,
공기 공급을 제어하는 단계에서는, 차량이 정차하는 상태로 판단시 요구 전력 대비 공기 공급량을 차량이 주행하는 상태에서 요구 전력 대비 공기 공급량보다 감소되도록 공기 공급을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량의 운전 제어방법. - 청구항 15에 있어서,
공기 공급을 제어하는 단계 이전에, 외기 온도를 측정하는 단계;를 더 포함하고,
공기 공급을 제어하는 단계에서는, 측정한 외기 온도가 기설정된 온도 이하인 경우에 요구 전력 대비 공기 공급량이 감소되도록 공기 공급을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량의 운전 제어방법. - 청구항 15에 있어서,
공기 공급을 제어하는 단계 이후에, 주행판단부에서 판단한 주행 상태를 기반으로 연료전지의 냉각을 제어하는 단계;를 더 포함하고,
연료전지의 냉각을 제어하는 단계에서는, 주행판단부에서 차량이 정차하는 상태로 판단시 연료전지의 냉각을 제어하는 목표 온도인 타겟 온도를 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량의 운전 제어방법.
