Description

The present invention relates to a sushi container, and in particular, to a sushi container that is packaged to reduce the possibility of material deterioration and provided to a consumer, and that the consumer can directly complete and eat sushi.

As is known, sushi is a dish made by cutting a certain amount of fish, etc. on top of a certain amount of rice, and topped with neta. Such sushi is generally made and provided by restaurants as fresh foods, but in recent years, there have been attempts to distribute it through retail stores after pre-made and packaging.

On the other hand, sushi can easily deteriorate due to the nature of using fish. Typically, sushi sold in retail stores is refrigerated and distributed, and it is desirable that the distribution process does not exceed 12 hours. Sushi sold in retail stores is manufactured and distributed as a finished product with neta on rice.If netta is placed on rice, the growth of microorganisms is promoted, so even if it is refrigerated distribution, the possibility of deterioration after 12 hours increases. .

An exemplary view showing a state in which food materials and tools are contained in the upper container and the lower container according to the present invention, Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of Figure 3 showing a state in which neta is contained in the bottom of the neta space according to the present invention, and Figure 5 is according to the present invention. This is an exemplary diagram showing a stacked state with food ingredients and tools in the upper and lower containers.

As shown, the sushi container according to the present invention includes a lower container 100 and an upper container, and may include a cover 300. The upper container 200 is stacked on the lower container 100, and in that state, the cover 300 is covered and combined with the lower container 100, it is possible to contain food ingredients therein. The lower container 100, the upper container 200, and the cover 300 are formed of a plastic material in a square or rectangular shape, but are not limited thereto. In the present invention, a structure formed in a rectangular shape will be exemplified and described.

The lower container 100 has a shape that is concave downward, and a rice space 120 containing the rice 140 united to a certain size is partitioned to be formed. In addition to the rice space 120, a space for storing ingredients and tools necessary for eating sushi may be additionally partitioned as needed.

The rice space 120 is formed such that the rice 140 is disposed in the width direction of the lower container 100, and is formed to be skewed toward one edge of the lower container 100. The rice space 120 is formed in plural, and is formed while being disposed adjacent to each other along the length direction of the lower container 100.

The upper container 200 has a concave downward shape, and the lower part is accommodated into the upper container 200 in a state of being stacked on the lower container 100. In the upper container 200, a neta space 220 containing neta 240 is partitioned and formed, and the neta space 220 is formed in the same direction as the rice space 120, and on each of the rice spaces 120 It is preferable that some or all of each neta space 220 is formed at the same position. As a result, when the neta 240 is put in the neta space 220 and the rice 140 is put in the rice space 120 of the lower container 100, it is as if the neta 240 is placed on the rice 140. It helps to form an aesthetic feeling so that the consumer can identify that the sushi packaged in the sushi container according to the present invention is sushi.

According to the above configuration, the rice 140 and the neta 240 can be separated and contained. Therefore, it is possible to provide sushi by packaging hygienically. Incidentally, since the rice 140 and the neta 240 are separated, it is possible to reduce the occurrence of microorganisms, so that the distribution time can be increased compared to the distribution by placing the neta 240 on the rice 140 under the same distribution conditions. There will be.

If the rice 140 and the neta 240 are provided in a separate state, only the rice 140 contained in the lower container 100 can be individually heated if necessary. As sushi is refrigerated and distributed for retail store sales, the rice 140 becomes hard and the texture deteriorates. If only the rice 140 is heated separately as described above, the texture can be softened, so consumers seeking a soft texture Will be able to satisfy. As a result, even though sushi is distributed through retail stores, it is possible to satisfy the diverse needs of consumers.

On the other hand, while the rice 140 is heated, the consumer directly places the neta 240 contained in the upper container 200 on the rice 140 to complete the sushi and eat it.

The upper container 200 is formed to have a narrower width than the lower container 100. Accordingly, when the upper container 200 is stacked on the lower container 100, the lower container 100 is exposed by the difference in width. Therefore, a portion of the rice 140 contained in the lower container 100 is exposed to the consumer's view, through which the consumer can confirm at a glance that what is contained in the sushi container according to the present invention is sushi. It becomes possible to check the condition visually.

It is preferable that the upper container 200 is formed of a transparent material as shown in FIG. 2. Since the upper container 200 is formed of a transparent material, the rice 140 contained in the lower container 100 is exposed to the consumer's field of view as it is, and as a result, it is as if the neta 240 is placed on the rice 140. It is formed to help stimulate the desire to purchase. In this configuration, it is preferable that the cover 300 is also formed of a transparent material. If the cover 300 is formed of a transparent material, the consumer can easily check and purchase the sushi contained inside it while being displayed in a retail store. There will be.

The bottom of the neta space 220 containing the neta 240 in the upper container 200 may be formed to be convex upward. The bottom edge is formed convex upward toward the center or the edge portion is flat and the center portion is convex. In this case, when the neta 240 is contained in the neta space 220, it is convex upward, thus forming a voluminous feel. You can do it. As for sushi, the neta 240 is placed on the three-dimensionally lumped rice 140 so that the neta 240 is placed on top to form a convex three-dimensional effect. Is formed. As a result, it is possible to stimulate the desire to purchase by giving the consumer a rich feeling.

Here, a protrusion 222 may be formed on the bottom of the neta space 220. The protrusion 222 has a shape that protrudes upward and is formed in a certain pattern along the bottom of the neta space 220. As shown in FIG. 4, the protrusion 222 formed in this way forms a gap between the neta 240 contained in the neta space 220 and the floor to a certain extent. Air can be circulated through the gap, which helps to maintain the freshness of the neta 240.

The protrusion 222 may be formed in an embossed shape. However, it is not limited to such a shape, and any structure and shape that allows air to flow between the floor and the neta 240 may be used.
