Claims (15)
- 자동차 컴포넌트(1)로서,
- 적어도 부분적으로 광 투과성인 디스크 요소(2); 및
- 적어도 일부 섹션에서 디스크 요소(2) 내에 또는 상에 배치되는 제1 전자 연결 수단들;을 포함하는 상기 자동차 컴포넌트(1)에 있어서,
- 샌드위치 유형으로 서로 겹쳐서 배치되는 적어도 2개의 층(3b, 3c)을 구비한 다층 필름 요소(3)가 제공되며, 상기 필름 요소(3)는:
- 상기 디스크 요소(2)와 바람직하게는 전체 표면에서 접촉하고 유전체(4)를 함유하는 제1 층(3b)이며, 상기 제1 층(3b)은 광학적 투명 전극(5)들을 포함하되, 상기 전극(5)들은 상기 전극(5)들로 전기 에너지의 공급을 위한 제2 전자 연결 수단들을 포함하는 것인, 상기 제1 층(3b); 및
- 소수성 재료를 함유하는 제2 층(3c);을 포함하며,
상기 제1 전자 연결 수단들은, 상기 필름 요소(3)의 제1 층(3b) 내의 전극(5)들에 대한 전기 전도성 접촉을 형성하기 위해, 상기 제2 전자 연결 수단들과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 컴포넌트(1). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스크 요소(2)는 비평면인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 컴포넌트(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디스크 요소(3)는 개구부를 포함하며, 상기 개구부를 통해서는 상기 제1 또는 제2 전기 연결 수단들이 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 컴포넌트(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디스크 요소(2)는 상기 디스크 요소(2)의 테두리를 에워싸는 프레임 요소를 포함하며, 상기 프레임 요소를 통해서는 상기 제1 또는 제2 전기 연결 수단들이 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 컴포넌트(1).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 디스크 요소(2)와 상기 필름 요소(3)의 제1 층(3b) 사이에는, 상기 필름 요소(3)와 상기 디스크 요소(2) 간의 점착성 접촉을 형성하도록 구성되는 접착제를 포함하는 기질층(3a)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 컴포넌트(1).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필름 요소(3)의 서로 겹쳐 배치되는 2개의 층 간의 접촉은 전체 표면에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 컴포넌트(1).
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층(3b)의 전극(5)들은 상기 제1 층(3b) 상에 또는 안쪽에 상호 간에 병렬로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 컴포넌트(1).
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필름 요소(3)는 반사 방지 코팅층을 포함한 추가 층(3d)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 컴포넌트(1).
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필름 요소는 경질 코팅된 추가 층(3e)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 컴포넌트(1).
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층(3b)은, 추가로, 상기 제1 및/또는 제2 전자 연결 수단들과 연결될 수 있는 제3 전자 연결 수단들을 포함한 가열 요소(6)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 컴포넌트(1).
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필름 요소(3)의 모든 층은 투명하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 컴포넌트(1).
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 자동차 컴포넌트(1)와; 광의 생성 및 방사를 위한 조명 장치를; 포함하는 시스템에 있어서, 상기 조명 장치와 상기 자동차 컴포넌트는, 상기 조명 장치의 광이 상기 자동차 컴포넌트(1)의 디스크 요소(2) 및 필름 요소(3)를 통과하여 방사되도록, 상호 간에 상대적으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 조명 장치는 상기 필름 요소(3)의 반대 방향으로 향해 있는 상기 디스크 요소(2)의 측에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기 시스템은, 제1 전자 연결 수단들과 연결되어 교류 전압 신호로 상기 필름 요소(3)의 전극(5)들을 제어하고 직류 전압 신호로는 상기 필름 요소(3)의 가열 요소(6)를 제어하도록 구성되는 전자 제어 수단들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 시스템을 포함하는 자동차 헤드램프.
