Claims (15)
- 다성분 얀의 스팀 제트 벌킹(steam jet bulking)을 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 다성분 섬유의 부분적인 열 벌킹 및 스팀 벌킹을 제공하기 위해 유체 매체 및 압력으로서 스팀을 사용하여 얽힘 제트(entanglement jet) 안으로 다성분 얀을 높은 비율로 오버피드하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 얽힘 제트는 공기 텍스처링 제트인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다성분 얀은 30%보다 더 큰 비율로 오버피드되는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력은 10 내지 60 psig인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벌크된 다성분 얀을 추가의 텍스타일 프로세싱 장비 안으로 직접 프로세싱할 수 있기 위해서, 상기 결과적인 제품을 카드보드(cardboard) 또는 플라스틱 튜브에 권취하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법.
