Claims (6)
- 내부에 가열공간을 제공하는 챔버;
상기 챔버에 연결되어 냉수가 유입되는 냉수유입부;
상기 가열공간에 배치되어, 냉수가 가열되기 위한 열에너지를 상기 가열공간으로 공급하는 버너;
상기 냉수유입부와 연결되어 냉수가 유입되고, 상기 버너를 둘러싸도록 상기 가열공간에 배치되어, 상기 버너의 열에너지를 공급받아 냉수를 온수로 가열하는 열교환부;
상기 열교환부를 둘러싸도록 배치되어, 상기 열교환부에서 가열된 온수가 유입되고 저장되는 온수탱크; 및
상기 온수탱크와 연결되어 저장된 온수를 외부로 배출하는 온수배출부;를 포함하고,
상기 온수탱크의 온수가 상기 온수배출부를 통해 외부로 배출됨과 동시에 상기 열교환부에서 가열된 온수가 상기 온수탱크에 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열교환부는,
상기 버너의 주위를 따라 서로 일정간격 이격되도록 상기 가열공간에 배치되고, 유입된 냉수가 흘러가면서 가열되는 유로를 제공하는 하나 이상의 열교환파이프; 및
상기 냉수유입부와 상기 복 수개의 열교환파이프 사이에 배치되어 유입된 냉수를 상기 열교환파이프로 분배하는 분배부를 포함하고,
상기 열교환부는 일단이 상기 분배부에 연결되고 타단이 상기 온수탱크에 연결되며,
상기 버너가 상기 가열공간에 상기 열에너지를 공급하면, 상기 열교환파이프에서 냉수가 온수로 가열됨과 동시에 상기 온수탱크 내의 온수가 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 가열공간에 배치되어 상기 버너로부터 발생된 배기가스가 배출되는 가스배출부; 및
상기 가열공간의 하측에 배치되어 상기 버너로부터 발생된 응축수가 배출되는 응축수배출부를 더 포함하는 열교환기. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 열교환파이프는 U자 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 열교환파이프는 일단에서부터 타단까지 상기 버너 외면을 둘러싸도록 연장된 코일 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 온수탱크의 외면을 커버하는 단열부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
