Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 분말야금용 철계 예합금 분말은 Cu:0.5 ~ 5.0 wt%, Mo:0.1 ~ 0.5 wt%, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 함유하고, Cu 함유량(Cu%) 및 Mo 함유량(Mo%)이 하기의 관계식 (1)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

- Cu:0.5 ~ 5.0 wt%, Mo:0.1 ~ 0.5 wt%, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 함유하고,
Cu 함유량(Cu%) 및 Mo 함유량(Mo%)이 하기의 관계식 (1)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말야금용 철계 예합금 분말.
0.3×Cu% + 3×Mo% ≤ 2.7 …… (1)
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 철계 예합금 분말은 Mn을 0.4 wt% 이하로 더 함유하고,
Cu 함유량(Cu%), Mo 함유량(Mo%), 및 Mn 함유량(Mn%)이 하기의 관계식 (2)를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말야금용 철계 예합금 분말.
0.3×Cu% + 3×Mo% + 4×Mn% ≤ 2.7 …… (2)
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 철계 예합금 분말은 Mn을 0.05 ~ 0.4 wt%로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말야금용 철계 예합금 분말.
- Cu:0.5 ~ 5.0 wt%, Mo:0.1 ~ 0.5 wt%, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 함유하고, Cu 함유량(Cu%) 및 Mo 함유량(Mo%)이 하기의 관계식 (1)을 만족하는 철계 예합금 분말의 표면에 5wt% 미만의 Cu를 분말 형태로 접합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 야금용 확산접합 분말.
0.3×Cu% + 3×Mo% ≤ 2.7 …… (1)
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 철계 예합금 분말은 Mn을 0.4 wt% 이하로 더 함유하고,
Cu 함유량(Cu%), Mo 함유량(Mo%), 및 Mn 함유량(Mn%)이 하기의 관계식 (2)를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 야금용 확산접합 분말.
0.3×Cu% + 3×Mo% + 4×Mn% ≤ 2.7 …… (2)
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 철계 예합금 분말은 Mn을 0.05 ~ 0.4 wt%로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 야금용 확산접합 분말
- 청구항 4 또는 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 철계 예합금 분말의표면에 접합되는 분말 형태의 Cu는 확산 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 야금용 확산접합 분말.
- Cu:0.5 ~ 5.0 wt%, Mo:0.1 ~ 0.5 wt%, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 함유하고, Cu 함유량(Cu%) 및 Mo 함유량(Mo%)이 하기의 관계식 (1)을 만족하는 철계 예합금 분말의 표면에 5wt% 미만의 Cu를 분말 형태로 접합시킨 확산접합 분말과, 0.4 ~ 1.0 wt%의 C을 분말 형태로 혼합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 야금용 철계 합금 분말.

- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 철계 합금 분말은 S을 0.1 ~ 0.3 wt% 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 야금용 철계 합금 분말.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 철계 합금 분말은 윤활제를 더 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 야금용 철계 합금 분말.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 따른 철계 예합금 분말을 원료로 하는 소결단조부재.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 소결단조부재는 마르텐사이트의 면적율이 5% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결단조부재.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 소결단조부재는 항복강도가 500MPa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결단조부재.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 소결단조부재는 자동차용 커넥팅 로드인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결단조부재.
- 청구항 4 또는 청구항 5에 따른 철계 확산접합 분말을 포함하는 소결단조부재.
- 청구항 15에 있어서,
상기 소결단조부재는 마르텐사이트의 면적율이 5% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결단조부재.
- 청구항 15에 있어서,
상기 소결단조부재는 항복강도가 800MPa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결단조부재.
- 청구항 17에 있어서,
상기 소결단조부재는 자동차용 커넥팅 로드인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결단조부재.
