Claims (11)
- 일방향으로 오목한 구면으로 형성되되, 구면의 내측에 반사면이 구비되어, 전구의 빛을 반사하여 전방으로 조사하는 반사부; 및
상기 반사부의 경심 부분에 전구가 삽입되도록 형성되는 전구 고정부;
를 포함하며 일체형으로 형성되는 반사경에 있어서,
상기 반사경은, 열전도율을 높이기 위해 베이스 수지와 세라믹을 혼합한 혼합소재로 사출 성형 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프 반사경.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 수지는 열가소성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프 반사경.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 수지는 PA 6 또는 PA 66인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프 반사경.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 혼합소재는
상기 세라믹이 50 ~ 70%의 혼합비율로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프 반사경.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 세라믹은 펠릿으로 가공되어 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프 반사경.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 반사부의 후면에 구비되는 하나 이상의 냉각핀;을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프 반사경.
- 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 냉각핀은, 상기 전구 고정부를 따라 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프 반사경.
- 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 냉각핀은, 전구와 상기 반사부의 수직거리가 좁은 부분일수록 넓은 표면적을 가지도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프 반사경.
- 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 냉각핀이, 상기 반사경과 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프 반사경.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 반사면은 알루미늄으로 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드램프 반사경.
