Claims (17)
- 차체 프레임 하부에 체결되며, 전지 모듈을 수납하되 하방면이 개방된 구조의 수납부를 포함하는 트레이 부재; 및 상기 수납부의 개방된 하방면을 덮는 커버 부재를 포함하고,
상기 커버 부재는, 냉매가 유체 이동하는 유로를 포함하는 자동차용 언더 바디.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 커버 부재는 판형 패널의 일면 또는 양면에 요철이 형성된 구조이며,
커버 부재의 요철은 판형 패널의 표면에 유로를 따라 돌출부 또는 함입부가 형성된 형태인 자동차용 언더 바디.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 돌출부 또는 함입부는 일정 간격을 두고 배열되며, 동일 평면 상에서 굴곡된 영역을 포함하는 자동차용 언더 바디.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 돌출부 또는 함입부는 일정 간격을 두고 배열되며, 일방향으로 배향된 패턴화된 영역을 포함하는 자동차용 언더 바디.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 커버 부재는,
내부에 냉매가 유체 이동하는 유로가 형성된 냉각층; 및
상기 냉각층의 하방면을 보호하는 커버층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 언더 바디.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 커버 부재에서,
상기 냉각층 및 커버층은 요철이 형성된 구조이며,
상기 냉각층의 요철은, 판상형 패널의 표면에 유로를 따라 돌출부가 형성된 형태이고,
상기 커버층의 요철은, 판상형 패널의 표면에 냉각층의 돌출부에 대응하도록 함입부가 형성된 형태이고,
상기 냉각층 및 커버층은, 냉각층의 돌출부가 커버층의 함입부에 삽입되어 밀착되는 구조인 자동차용 언더 바디.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각층은 금속 소재로 형성되고, 상기 커버층은 플라스틱 소재로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 언더 바디.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각층과 커버층 사이에 게재된 진동 방지층을 더 포함하는 자동차용 언더 바디.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 커버 부재는 단일층의 판상형 패널 구조이고,
상기 유로는, 판상형 패널의 일면에 형성되거나 판상형의 패널 내부에 함입된 형태인 자동차용 언더 바디.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 커버 부재는, 상기 수납부의 개방된 면의 일부 또는 전부를 개폐하는 영역을 포함하는 자동차용 언더 바디.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수납부는,
수납되는 전지 모듈의 측면을 둘러싸는 외벽 부재; 및
상기 수납부 내부를 다수의 구획으로 분할하는 격벽 부재를 포함하며,
각 분획 영역은 개별 전지 모듈이 수납되는 구조인 자동차용 언더 바디.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 외벽 부재는, 평면상의 단면 구조를 기준으로, 사면이 감싸진 사각 구조를 형성하되,
자동차의 전후 방향과 수직하도록 배열되는 제1 및 제2 전후 방향 외벽 부재; 및
자동차의 좌우 방향과 수직하도록 배열되는 제1 및 제2 좌우 방향 외벽 부재를 포함하며,
상기 제1 및 제2 좌우 방향 외벽 부재 중 어느 하나 이상은, 자동차의 전후 방향으로 위치 변동이 가능한 구조인 자동차용 언더 바디.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 외벽 부재는, 평면상의 단면 구조를 기준으로, 삼면이 감싸진 구조를 형성하되,
자동차의 전후 방향과 수직하도록 배열되는 제1 및 제2 전후 방향 외벽 부재; 및
자동차의 좌우 방향과 수직하도록 배열되는 제1 좌우 방향 외벽 부재를 포함하며,
상기 제1 좌우 방향 외벽 부재는, 자동차의 전후 방향으로 위치 변동이 가능한 구조인 자동차용 언더 바디.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,
커버 부재는 절곡된 패널 형태이며, 수납부의 하방면과 개방된 일측면을 덮는 구조인 자동차용 언더바디.
- 제 1항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 자동차용 언더바디에 전지 모듈이 수납된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 15항에 따른 전지팩을 포함하는 자동차.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 자동차는 하이브리드 자동차 또는 전기자동차인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차.
