Claims (10)
- 하부 기판;
상기 하부 기판의 상부면 상에 배치되는 하부 전극;
상기 하부 기판의 상부에 배치되는 상부 기판;
상기 상부 기판의 하부면에 배치되는 상부 전극;
상기 하부 전극과 상기 상부 전극 사이에 배치되는 광 투과부; 및
상기 광 투과부와 상기 상부 전극 사이의 접착층을 포함하고,
상기 패턴부는 교대로 배치되는 격벽부 및 수용부를 포함하고,
상기 수용부는 전압의 인가에 따라 광 투과율이 변화되고,
상기 수용부의 두께와 유전율의 비(두께/유전율)를 A라고 정의하고 상기 접착층의 두께와 유전율의 비(두께/유전율)을 B라고 정의하였을 때,
상기 A의 값은 상기 B의 값보다 더 큰 광 경로 제어부재. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 A의 값은 상기 B의 값에 대해 5배 이상 큰 광 경로 제어 부재. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 접착층의 두께는 상기 수용부의 두께보다 크고,
상기 접착층의 유전율은 상기 수용부의 유전율보다 작은 광 경로 제어 부재. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 접착층의 유전율(F/m)은 2 내지 9이고,
상기 수용부의 유전율(F/m)은 2 내지 4인 광 경로 제어 부재. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 접착층의 두께는 5㎛ 내지 100㎛이고,
상기 수용부의 두께는 80㎛ 내지 120㎛인 광 경로 제어 부재. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 A는 20 내지 60의 값을 가지고,
상기 B는 1 내지 50의 값을 가지며,
상기 범위 내에서 상기 A의 값은 상기 B의 값에 대해 5배 이상인 광 경로 제어 부재. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 접착층의 투과율은 85% 이상이고, 헤이즈는 1.0 이하이고, 색도지수{b*)는 0.2 이하인 광 경로 제어 부재. - 하부 기판;
상기 하부 기판의 상부면 상에 배치되는 하부 전극;
상기 하부 기판의 상부에 배치되는 상부 기판;
상기 상부 기판의 하부면에 배치되는 상부 전극;
상기 하부 전극과 상기 상부 전극 사이에 배치되는 광 투과부; 및
상기 광 투과부와 상기 상부 전극 사이의 접착층을 포함하고,
상기 광 투과부는 교대로 배치되는 격벽부 및 수용부를 포함하고,
상기 수용부는 전압의 인가에 따라 광 투과율이 변화되고,
상기 접착층의 체적 저항은 107Ω㎝ 내지 1012Ω㎝인 광 경로 제어 부재. - 표시 패널; 및
상기 표시 패널에 배치되는 광 경로 제어 부재를 포함하고,
상기 광 경로 제어 부재는,
하부 기판;
상기 하부 기판의 상부면 상에 배치되는 하부 전극;
상기 하부 기판의 상부에 배치되는 상부 기판;
상기 상부 기판의 하부면에 배치되는 상부 전극;
상기 하부 전극과 상기 상부 전극 사이에 배치되는 광 투과부; 및
상기 광 투과부와 상기 상부 전극 사이의 접착층을 포함하고,
상기 광 투과부는 교대로 배치되는 격벽부 및 수용부를 포함하고,
상기 수용부는 전압의 인가에 따라 광 투과율이 변화되고,
상기 수용부의 두께와 유전율의 비(두께/유전율)를 A라고 정의하고 상기 접착층의 두께와 유전율의 비(두께/유전율)을 B라고 정의하였을 때,
상기 A의 값은 상기 B의 값에 대해 5배 이상인 디스플레이 장치. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 A는 20 내지 60의 값을 가지고,
상기 B는 1 내지 50의 값을 가지며,
