도 2는 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 소금-꽃 제조 방법을 보여주는 도면이다.
Claims (1)
- 히말라야 암염을 정제수에 용해시켜 적당한 농도의 함수(鹹水)를 만드는 단계; 상기 함수를 100℃ 이상에서 끓이는 단계; 상기 함수를 함수 저장용 탱크에서 4~5일간 1차 숙성시키는 단계; 상기 숙성된 함수를 여과-정제하는 단계; 상기 정제된 함수를 평저형 가마솥에서 가열하여 소금-꽃을 채취하는 단계; 상기 제조된 소금꽃을 약 1주간 2차 숙성 시키는 단계; 상기 2차 숙성이 끝난 소금-꽃을 탈수 및 건조시키는 단계; 로 이루어지는 히말라야 암염을 이용한 소금-꽃 제조 방법.
