Claims (20)
- (a) 150 내지 400 mg KOH/g 범위의 수산기가를 갖는 방향족 폴리에스테르 폴리올 90 내지 99 중량%; 및
(b) C8 내지 C18 지방산 에스테르 및 C8 내지 C18 지방산 아미드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 지방산 유도체 1 내지 10 중량%를 포함하는 블렌드. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 방향족 폴리에스테르 폴리올은 160 내지 350 mg KOH/g 범위의 수산기가를 갖는 것인 블렌드.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 방향족 폴리에스테르 폴리올은 200 내지 300 mg KOH/g 범위의 수산기가를 갖는 것인 블렌드.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 폴리에스테르 폴리올은 방향족 폴리에스테르 폴리올의 양을 기준으로 20 중량% 까지의 소수성 물질로 부분적으로 트랜스에스테르화된 것인 블렌드.
- 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리에스테르 폴리올의 양을 기준으로 0.5 내지 15 중량%의 비이온성 알콕시화 계면활성제를 더 포함하는 것인 블렌드.
- 청구항 1 내지 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 폴리에스테르 폴리올은 하나 이상의 프탈레이트-기반 화합물 또는 조성물 및 하나 이상의 글리콜로부터의 반복 단위(recurring unit)를 갖는 것인 블렌드.
- 청구항 1 내지 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 폴리에스테르 폴리올은 무수 프탈산 및 디에틸렌 글리콜로부터의 반복 단위를 갖는 것인 블렌드.
- 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 92 내지 98 중량%의 방향족 폴리에스테르 폴리올 및 2 내지 8 중량%의 지방산 유도체를 포함하는 것인 블렌드.
- 청구항 1 내지 8 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 C8 내지 C18 지방산 에스테르는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 디에스테르이고, 상기 폴리에틸렌 글리콜은 200 내지 1000 g/mol 범위의 수-평균 분자량을 갖는 것인 블렌드.
- 청구항 1 내지 8 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지방산 유도체는 C8 내지 C18 지방산 에스테르인 것인 블렌드.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 C8 내지 C18 지방산 에스테르는 C8 내지 C18 지방산 메틸 에스테르인 것인 블렌드.
- 청구항 1 내지 8 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 C8 내지 C18 지방산 아미드는 C8 내지 C14 지방산 아미드인 것인 블렌드.
- 청구항 1 내지 12 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 25℃에서 5,000 cP 미만의 점도를 갖는 것인 블렌드.
- 청구항 1 내지 13 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 블렌드는 투명하고 균질한 것인 블렌드.
- 청구항 1 내지 14 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 블렌드는 티오에테르 폴리올; 폴리에스테르 아미드, 폴리아세탈, 및 히드록시기를 포함하는 지방족 폴리카보네이트; 아민-종결 폴리에테르(amine-terminated polyethers); 아민-개시 폴리올(amine-initiated polyols); 폴리에테르 폴리올; 만니히 폴리올(Mannich polyols); 비-방향족 폴리에스테르 폴리올; 그래프트 분산 폴리올(graft dispersion polyols); 폴리에테르에스테르 폴리올; 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 폴리올을 더 포함하는 것인 블렌드.
- 물, 촉매, 폼-안정화 계면활성제, 폴리이소시아네이트, 발포제, 및 청구항 1 내지 15 중 어느 한 항의 블렌드의 반응 산물을 포함하는 경질 PU 또는 PU-PIR 폼.
- 청구항 16에 있어서, 상기 발포제는 n-펜탄, 이소펜탄, 시클로펜탄, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 PU 또는 PU-PIR 폼.
- 청구항 17에 있어서, 40oF에서 측정된 상기 폼의 초기 R-값(initial R-value)은 75oF에서 측정된 것과 동일하거나 이를 초과하는 것인 PU 또는 PU-PIR 폼.
- 청구항 17에 있어서, 75oF 및 40oF에서 측정된 상기 폼의 초기 R-값 간의 차이는 지방산 유도체의 부재 하에 제조된 유사한 폼의 차이보다 5% 이상 큰 것인 PU 또는 PU-PIR 폼.
- 청구항 16 내지 19 중 어느 한 항의 경질 PU-PIR 폼을 포함하는 지붕 또는 벽 적용용 단열 보드.
