상기 산화알루미늄은 평균 직경(D50)이 400 내지 600 nm인, 차량용 브레이크 디스크 플레이트 방청용 세라믹 도료 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 실리콘계 우레탄 수지는 실리콘-우레탄 복합 수지인, 차량용 브레이크 디스크 플레이트 방청용 세라믹 도료 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 실리콘계 우레탄 수지는 중량평균분자량이 5,000 내지 10,000 g/mol이고, 25℃에서의 점도가 20 내지 60 cps이며, 총 중량을 기준으로 미반응 NCO의 함량(NCO%)이 1 내지 5 중량%인, 차량용 브레이크 디스크 플레이트 방청용 세라믹 도료 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 용제는 유기 용제 및 물을 포함하는, 차량용 브레이크 디스크 플레이트 방청용 세라믹 도료 조성물. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 유기 용제는 알코올계 용제 및 에테르계 용제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는, 차량용 브레이크 디스크 플레이트 방청용 세라믹 도료 조성물. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 유기 용제는 메틸알코올, 에틸알코올, 벤질알코올, 이소프로필알코올, 펜틸알코올, 이소부틸알코올, 부틸알코올, 라우릴알코올, 노닐알코올, 운데실알코올, 프로필렌글리콜모노메틸에테르 및 프로필렌글리콜모노메틸에테르아세테이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는, 세라믹 도료 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 세라믹 도료 조성물은 25℃에서의 점도가 10 내지 50 cps이고, 총 중량을 기준으로 고형분 함량이 20 내지 40 중량%인, 차량용 브레이크 디스크 플레이트 방청용 세라믹 도료 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 세라믹 도료 조성물을 포함하는 방청 코팅층을 포함하는, 차량용 브레이크 디스크 플레이트.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 방청 코팅층은 평균 두께가 10 내지 40 ㎛이고, 연필 경도가 6H 내지 10H인, 차량용 브레이크 디스크 플레이트. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 방청 코팅층은 제동에 의한 브레이크 패드와의 접촉이 40회 이하인 경우 브레이크 디스크 플레이트 상에 잔존하는, 차량용 브레이크 디스크 플레이트. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 브레이크 디스크 플레이트는 JIS K 5600의 방법으로 측정한 중성내 염수 부식성(SST)이 70 시간 이상이고, 브레이크 패드에 대한 마찰계수가 0.3 내지 0.4인, 차량용 브레이크 디스크 플레이트. - 브레이크 디스크 플레이트를 초음파 탈지하는 단계; 및
탈지된 브레이크 디스크 플레이트 상에 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 세라믹 도료 조성물을 도장하고 경화시켜 방청 코팅층을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는, 차량용 브레이크 디스크 플레이트의 방청 방법. - 청구항 15 있어서,
상기 초음파 탈지하는 단계는 40 내지 50 ℃의 수조에 브레이크 디스크 플레이트를 침지하고 10 내지 100 KHz의 초음파를 30 내지 60초 동안 처리하는 공정을 포함하는, 차량용 브레이크 디스크 플레이트의 방청 방법. - 청구항 15 있어서,
상기 경화는 150 내지 230 ℃에서 주파수 0.5 내지 100 KHz의 파장을 1 내지 15 분 동안 처리하는 공정을 포함하는, 차량용 브레이크 디스크 플레이트의 방청 방법.
