도 2는 본 발명의 모터하우징에 형성되는 냉각유로만을 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 냉각유로에 의해 모터, 인버터 및 터미널이 냉각되는 상태를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 메인하우징을 상면에서 바라본 단면도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 메인하우징을 정면에서 바라본 단면도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 메인하우징을 측면에서 바라본 단면도이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 메인하우징에 유동하는 냉각유로에 의해 터미널이 냉각되는 상태를 나타내는 사시도이다.

Claims (8)
- 중공형의 내부공간에 동력을 발생시키는 모터를 수용하는 모터수용부와, 외측에 전력을 변환시키는 인버터를 탑재하는 인버터수용부와, 상기 모터와 상기 인버터를 전기적으로 연결하는 터미널을 수용하는 터미널수용부를 구비하는 모터하우징; 및
상기 모터하우징에 형성되어 상기 모터, 상기 인버터 및 상기 터미널을 냉각시키는 냉각유로;를 포함하고,
상기 냉각유로는
상기 모터수용부를 따라 형성되는 제1냉각유로와, 상기 제1냉각유로와 연통되고 상기 터미널수용부를 따라 형성되는 제2냉각유로와, 상기 제2냉각유로와 연통되고 상기 인버터수용부를 따라 형성되는 제3냉각유로를 포함하는 모터냉각구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 터미널수용부는
상기 모터수용부 및 상기 인버터수용부에 모두 인접한 부분에 구비되는 모터냉각구조. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 터미널수용부는
상기 모터하우징의 일단부에 마련되고, 상기 인버터 측으로 관통 형성되는 제1커넥팅홀과, 상기 모터 측으로 관통 형성되는 제2커넥팅홀을 포함하는 모터냉각구조. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1냉각유로는
냉각수가 유입되는 제1니플을 구비하고,
상기 제3냉각유로는
상기 제1니플과 나란한 방향에 냉각수가 유출되는 제2니플을 구비하는 모터냉각구조. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 인버터는
상기 인버터에 전력을 공급하는 파워모듈과, 상기 파워모듈의 하단에 결합되는 방열판과, 상기 방열판에 돌출 형성되는 복수의 방열핀을 포함하고,
상기 제3냉각유로는
상기 인버터가 탑재되는 면에 개구부가 마련되어, 상기 개구부로 상기 방열판의 적어도 일부가 삽입되는 모터냉각구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 모터하우징은
상기 모터수용부, 상기 인버터수용부 및 상기 냉각유로가 마련되는 메인하우징과, 상기 메인하우징의 일단부에 결합되고 상기 터미널수용부가 마련되는 리어하우징과, 상기 메인하우징의 타단부에 결합되는 프론트하우징을 포함하는 모터냉각구조. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 메인하우징은
각 면에 수직한 방향으로만 가공되어 상기 냉각유로가 형성되는 모터냉각구조. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 메인하우징은
다이 캐스팅 방식으로 제작되는 모터냉각구조.
