Claims (10)
- 다수의 배터리 셀을 적층한 셀 조립체; 및
냉각 유로를 구비하며 상기 셀 조립체의 하부에 배치되는 하부 플레이트;
를 포함하며,
상기 하부 플레이트는,
상기 셀 조립체의 하부에 배치되는 내측 플레이트;
상기 내측 플레이트의 외부에 배치되어 상기 내측 플레이트에 접합되는 외측 플레이트;
상기 외측 플레이트의 테두리를 따라 형성되어 상기 외측 플레이트와 상기 내측 플레이트를 접합하는 제1 접합부; 및
상기 외측 플레이트의 내부에 배치되어 상기 외측 플레이트와 상기 내측 플레이트를 접합하는 제2 접합부;
를 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하부 플레이트를 포함하는 제1 케이스와, 상기 셀 조립체의 상부에 배치되어 상기 제1 케이스와 결합되는 제2 케이스를 포함하고,
상기 제1 케이스는 상기 제2 케이스의 하단부가 삽입되는 삽입홈을 구비하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 케이스는,
상기 셀 조립체의 상부에 배치되는 상부 플레이트와, 상기 상부 플레이트에서 연장되며 상기 셀 조립체의 측면에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 제2 측면 플레이트를 포함하며,
상기 삽입홈에는 상기 제2 측면 플레이트의 하단부가 삽입되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 유로는,
상기 내측 플레이트와 상기 외측 플레이트 사이에 형성되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 내측 플레이트에 체결되어 냉각수가 상기 냉각 유로로 이동하는 통로로 이용되는 유입구 및 유출구를 더 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 접합부는,
상기 외측 플레이트의 테두리를 따라 배치되어 상기 외측 플레이트와 상기 내측 플레이트를 상호 접합하는 접합 부재를 더 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 접합부는,
CMT(Cold metal Transfer) 용접을 통해 형성되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 접합부는,
상기 제1 접합부와 이격 배치되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 접합부는,
마찰 교반 용접(FSW, Friction Stir Welding)을 통해 형성되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내측 플레이트와 상기 외측 플레이트는 동일한 재질로 형성되는 배터리 모듈.
