Description
도 2 내지 도 9는 본 발명에 따른 쇽업쇼바의 내식성이 향상된 경량 피스톤로드 제조방법의 제조 순서도이다.
S300 : 용접부 단면가공단계 S400 : 용접단계
S500 : 정삭가공단계 S600 : 중삭연마단계
S700 : 버핑연마단계 S800 : 마감열처리단계
100 : 피스톤로드 형상부 200 : 로드몸체
102,202 : 용접부
Claims (3)
- 쇽업쇼바의 피스톤로드 제조방법에 있어서,
피스톤로드의 양끝단의 피스톤로드 형상부(100)를 구성하도록 단조성형하고, 로드몸체(200)를 구성하도록 오스테나이트계의 스테인레스스틸 파이프를 준비하는 소재준비단계(S100)와;
상기 소재준비단계를 통해 준비된 단조성형된 피스톤로드 형상부를 열처리로에서 승온하여 850℃±20℃에서 90분±30분간 열처리후, 오일냉각(오일퀀칭)을 통해 서서히 냉각하고, 이후, 다시 승온하여 400℃~600℃로 120분간 템퍼링하여 열처리한후 냉각하는 형상부 조질열처리단계(S200)와;
상기 형상부 조질열처리단계를 통해 열처리된 피스톤로드 형상부(100)와 로드몸체(200)의 양단을 용접이 용이하도록 단면가공하여 용접부(102,202)를 형성하는 용접부 단면가공단계(S300)와;
상기 피스톤로드 형상부(100)의 용접부(102)를 로드몸체(200) 양단에 각각 형성된 용접부(202)에 대응결합하여 용접부간에 결합하고, 상기 용접부에 마찰용접을 통해 용접하여 일체로 구성하는 용접단계(S400)와;
상기 로드몸체(200) 양단에 결합된 피스톤로드 형상부(100)를 선반에 고정하여 회전하면서 가공하는 정삭가공단계(S500)와;
상기 정삭가공단계를 통해 피스톤로드 형상부(100)와 로드몸체(200)가 일체화된 로드몸체(200)의 표면을 연마하는 중삭연마단계(S600)와;
상기 중삭연마단계를 통해 연마된 로드몸체(200) 표면을 버핑하는 버핑연마단계(S700)와;
상기 버핑연마단계를 통해 최종 연마된 쇽업쇼바의 피스톤로드를 열처리로에 투입하여 저온침탄되도록 침탄열처리 또는 질화열처리하는 마감열처리단계(S800);를 포함하는 쇽업쇼바의 내식성이 향상된 경량 피스톤로드의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 조질열처리단계를 통해 경화된 피스톤로드 형상부(100)의 표면경도는 Hv 600 이상, 5% 염수분부시험에서 400시간 이상 견딜 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업쇼바의 내식성이 향상된 경량 피스톤로드의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 마감열처리단계의 침탄열처리 또는 질화열처리에 따른 저온침탄은 승온하여 400℃~600℃로 60분~300분간 열처리하고 냉각하여 로드몸체(200)의 경도가 Hv 600 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업쇼바의 내식성이 향상된 경량 피스톤로드의 제조방법.
