Claims (11)
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물은 상기 리튬 이차 전지용 전해질 100중량부에 대하여, 0.1 내지 3 중량부로 포함되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 비수 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물은 상기 리튬 이차 전지용 전해질 100중량부에 대하여, 0.5 내지 2 중량부로 포함되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 비수 전해질.
- 양극; 음극; 상기 양극 및 음극 사이에 개재되는 분리막; 및 비수 전해질을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지에 있어서,
상기 비수 전해질은 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항의 리튬 이차 전지용 비수 전해질인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 양극은 하기 [화학식 2]로 표시되는 양극 활물질을 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.

Lix[NiyCozMnwM1 v]O2-pAp
상기 [화학식 2]에서,
M1은 W, Cu, Fe, V, Cr, Ti, Zr, Zn, Al, In, Ta, Y, La, Sr, Ga, Sc, Gd, Sm, Ca, Ce, Nb, Mg, B, 및 Mo로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소이고,
A는 F, Cl, Br, I, At 및 S로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소이며,
1.0≤x≤1.30, 0.3≤y<1, 0<z≤0.6, 0<w≤0.6, 0≤v≤0.2, 0≤p≤0.2임.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 [화학식 2]에서, 0.6≤y<1, 0.01≤z<0.4, 0.01≤w<0.4인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 음극은 탄소계 음극 활물질을 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 음극은 탄소계 음극 활물질 및 실리콘계 음극 활물질을 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 음극은 탄소계 음극 활물질 및 실리콘계 음극 활물질을 99 : 1 내지 50 : 50의 중량비율로 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 이차 전지는 45℃에서 CC/CV, 0.33C 조건으로 4.2V까지 충전한 다음, CC, 0.33C 조건으로 3V까지 방전하는 것을 1 사이클로 하여 200 사이클 충방전을 실시한 후에 하기 식 (1)에 따라 측정한 용량 유지율이 75% 이상인 리튬 이차 전지.
식 (1): 용량 유지율(%) = (200 사이클 후 방전 용량/1 사이클 후 방전용량) ×100
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 이차 전지는 45℃에서 CC/CV, 0.33C 조건으로 4.2V까지 충전한 다음, CC, 0.33C 조건으로 3V까지 방전하는 것을 1 사이클로 하여 200 사이클 충방전을 실시한 후에 하기 식 (2)에 따라 측정한 저항 증가율이 20% 이하인 리튬 이차 전지.
식 (2): 저항 증가율 (%) = {(200 사이클 후 저항 - 1사이클 후 저항)/ 1사이클 후 저항}×100
