Claims (10)
- 상호 조립된 모터 커버와 모터 케이스의 내부에 스테이터와 로터가 수용되어 이루어지는 모터와, 펌프 케이스 내부의 펌프실에 회전자가 배치되어 상기 모터와 조립된 상태로 상기 회전자가 상기 로터와 모터축을 통하여 연결되어 동력을 전달받는 펌프를 포함하는 변속기용 전동식 오일펌프에 있어서,
상기 모터 커버는 외주를 따라 복수의 오일 순환홀이 형성되고, 상기 펌프 케이스에 대응하는 일측에 연결홀이 형성되며,
상기 펌프 케이스는 상기 연결홀과 상기 펌프실의 오일 흡입구와 연결하도록 내부에 오일 흡입유로가 형성되는 변속기용 전동식 오일펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 변속기용 전동식 오일펌프는
상기 모터 커버의 연결홀에 대응하여 상기 모터 커버와 상기 펌프 케이스 사이에 설치되는 필터를 포함하는 변속기용 전동식 오일펌프. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 필터는
상기 펌프 케이스 내부의 상기 오일 흡입유로 상에 형성된 단차면에 끼워져 설치되는 변속기용 전동식 오일펌프. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 필터는
원형의 가이더 내측에 철재의 그물망(mesh)이 일체로 형성되는 변속기용 전동식 오일펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 펌프는
상기 펌프실 내부에서 상호 외접 치합되는 2개의 기어를 갖는 외접식 기어펌프로 이루어지는 변속기용 전동식 오일펌프. - 상호 조립된 모터 커버와 모터 케이스의 내부에 스테이터와 로터가 수용되어 이루어지는 모터와, 펌프 케이스 내부의 펌프실에 기어 회전자가 배치되어 상기 모터와 조립된 상태로 상기 기어 회전자가 상기 로터와 모터축을 통하여 연결되어 동력을 전달받는 펌프로 구성되어 변속기 하우징의 내부에서 오일에 침적된 상태로 밸브바디에 라인압을 공급하는 변속기용 전동식 오일펌프에 있어서,
상기 모터 커버의 외주를 따라 형성된 복수의 오일 순환홀을 통하여 모터 케이스의 내부로 순환되는 오일이 모터의 발열에 의해 히팅되어 상기 모터 커버의 일측에 형성된 연결홀과 상기 펌프 케이스의 내부에 형성된 오일 흡입유로를 따라 오일 흡입구를 통하여 상기 펌프실에 공급되도록 형성되는 변속기용 전동식 오일펌프. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 변속기용 전동식 오일펌프는
상기 모터 커버의 연결홀에 대응하여 상기 모터 커버와 상기 펌프 케이스 사이에 필터가 설치되는 변속기용 전동식 오일펌프. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 필터는
상기 펌프 케이스 내부의 상기 오일 흡입유로 상의 단부에 단차면을 형성하여 상기 단차면에 끼워져 설치되는 변속기용 전동식 오일펌프. - 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
상기 필터는
원형의 가이더 내측에 철재의 그물망(mesh)이 일체로 형성되는 변속기용 전동식 오일펌프. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 펌프는
상기 펌프실 내부에서 상호 외접 치합되는 2개의 기어를 갖는 외접식 기어펌프로 이루어지는 변속기용 전동식 오일펌프.
