Claims (25)
- 양극 상에 제 1 전해질을 포함하는 양극-전해질 결합체,
음극 상에 제 2 전해질을 포함하는 음극-전해질 결합체, 및
분리막 상에 제 3 전해질을 포함하는 분리막-전해질 결합체를 포함하고,
상기 제 1 전해질, 제 2 전해질 및 제 3 전해질에서 선택되는 적어도 둘 이상은 가교 고분자 매트릭스, 용매 및 해리 가능한 염을 포함하는 겔 고분자 전해질이며, 상기 겔 고분자 전해질은 각각 가교 고분자 매트릭스를 이루는 단량체의 종류 또는 함량이 상이하며,
상기 제 1 전해질, 제 2 전해질 및 제 3 전해질에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나 이상은 이온전도도가 상이한 것인 전기화학 소자. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 전해질, 제 2 전해질 및 제 3 전해질이 모두 겔 고분자 전해질이고,
상기 겔 고분자 전해질 중 적어도 하나 이상은 상기 가교 고분자 매트릭스를 이루는 단량체의 종류 또는 함량이 상이한 것인 전기화학 소자. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 가교 고분자 매트릭스는 선형 고분자를 더 포함하여 반 상호 침투 망상(semi-IPN) 구조인 것인 전기화학 소자. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 전해질, 제 2 전해질 및 제 3 전해질에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나 이상은 이온전도도 차이가 0.1 mS/cm 이상인 것인 전기화학 소자. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 전해질, 제 2 전해질 및 제 3 전해질에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나 이상은 20 ~ 80 ℃에서의 온도와 이온전도도의 아레니우스 플롯에서 구한 기울기가 상이한 것인 전기화학 소자. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 전해질의 이온전도도 IC1 및 제 2 전해질의 이온전도도 IC2는 하기 식 1을 만족하는 전기화학 소자.

상기 아크릴레이트계 단량체는 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 트리에틸렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 트리에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판 에톡시레이트 트리아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판 에톡시레이트 트리메타크릴레이트, 비스페놀에이에톡시레이트 디아크릴레이트 및 비스페놀에이에톡시레이트 디메타크릴레이트, 베타카르복시에틸아크릴레이트, 2,4,6-트리브로모페닐아크릴레이트에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물이고,
상기 아크릴산계 단량체는 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 메틸 아크릴산, 메틸 메타크릴산, 2-에틸아크릴산, 2-프로필아크릴산 및 2-트리플루오로메틸아크릴산에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물이고,
상기 술폰산계 단량체는 술폰산, 소듐스티렌설포닉에시드, 2-아크릴아미드-2-메틸프로페인설포닉에시드, 2-설포에틸메타크릴레이트, 3-설포프로필아크릴레이트 및 3-설포프로필메타크릴레이트에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물이고,
상기 인산계 단량체는 인산, 비스(2-메타크릴옥시에틸)포스페이트, 포스포릭에시드-2-하이드록시에틸아크릴레이트에스터 및 2-(메타크릴옥시)에틸포스페이트에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물이고,
상기 과불소계 단량체는 헥사플루오르이소프로필메타크릴레이트, 1,1,3-헥사플루오르부틸메타크릴레이트, 1,1,7-도데카플루오르헵틸메타크릴레이트, 2,2,2-트리플루오르에틸메타크릴레이트, 1,1,5-옥타플루오르펜틸메타크릴레이트, 펜타플루오르페닐아크릴레이트 및 2,2,2-트리플루오르에틸아크릴레이트에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물이고,
상기 아크릴로나이트릴계 단량체는 아크릴로나이트릴, 1-시아노비닐아세테이트 및 2-시아노에틸아크릴레이트에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 것인 전기화학 소자. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 단량체의 함량은 0.5 중량% 이상 상이한 것인 전기화학 소자. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 양극은 양극 활물질층을 포함하고, 상기 음극은 음극 활물질층을 포함하며, 상기 양극 활물질층 및 음극 활물질층은 기공을 포함하는 것인 전기화학 소자. - 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질층의 기공도(porosity)가 5 내지 30 부피%이고, 상기 음극 활물질층의 기공도(porosity)가 10 내지 35 부피%인 것인 전기화학 소자. - 제 12항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질층의 기공도(porosity)가 10 내지 20 부피%이고, 상기 음극 활물질층의 기공도(porosity)가 15 내지 25 부피%인 것인 전기화학 소자. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 양극은 양극 활물질층을 포함하고, 상기 음극은 리튬금속 층이며, 상기 양극 활물질층은 기공을 포함하는 것인 전기화학 소자. - 제 14항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질층의 기공도(porosity)가 5 내지 30 부피%인 것인 전기화학 소자. - 제 15항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질층의 기공도(porosity)가 10 내지 20 부피%인 것인 전기화학 소자. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 전기화학 소자는 전기화학반응이 가능한 일차전지 또는 이차전지인 전기화학 소자. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 전기화학 소자는 리튬 일차 전지, 리튬 이차 전지, 리튬-설퍼 전지, 리튬-공기 전지, 나트륨 전지, 알루미늄 전지, 마그네슘 전지, 칼슘 전지, 아연 전지, 아연-공기 전지, 나트륨-공기 전지, 알루미늄-공기 전지, 마그네슘-공기 전지, 칼슘-공기 전지, 슈퍼 캐패시터, 염료감응 태양전지, 연료전지, 납 축전지, 니켈 카드뮴전지, 니켈 수소 축전지 및 알칼리전지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종인 전기화학 소자. - a) 양극 상에 제 1 겔 고분자 전해질 조성물을 도포 및 경화하여 제 1 전해질을 포함하는 양극-전해질 결합체를 제조하고, 음극 상에 제 2 겔 고분자 전해질 조성물을 도포 및 경화하여 제 2 전해질을 포함하는 음극-전해질 결합체를 제조하는 단계;
b) 상기 양극-전해질 결합체, 분리막 및 상기 음극-전해질 결합체를 적층하여 전극조립체를 제조하는 단계; 및
c) 상기 전극조립체를 포장재로 밀봉한 후, 액체전해질을 주입하는 단계;
를 포함하며,
상기 제 1 전해질 및 제 2 전해질은 각각 가교 고분자 매트릭스를 이루는 단량체의 종류 또는 함량이 상이하며, 상기 제 1 전해질, 제 2 전해질 및 액체전해질에서 선택되는 적어도 하나 이상은 이온전도도가 상이한 것인 전기화학 소자의 제조방법. - a) 양극 상에 제 1 겔 고분자 전해질 조성물을 도포 및 경화하여 제 1 전해질을 포함하는 양극-전해질 결합체를 제조하고, 분리막 상에 제 3 겔 고분자 전해질 조성물을 도포 및 경화하여 제 3 전해질을 포함하는 분리막-전해질 결합체를 제조하는 단계;
b) 상기 양극-전해질 결합체, 상기 분리막-전해질 결합체 및 음극을 적층하여 전극조립체를 제조하는 단계; 및
c) 상기 전극조립체를 포장재로 밀봉한 후, 액체전해질을 주입하는 단계;
를 포함하며,
상기 제 1 전해질 및 제 3 전해질은 각각 가교 고분자 매트릭스를 이루는 단량체의 종류 또는 함량이 상이하며, 상기 제 1 전해질, 제 3 전해질 및 액체전해질에서 선택되는 적어도 하나 이상은 이온전도도가 상이한 것인 전기화학 소자의 제조방법. - a) 음극 상에 제 2 겔 고분자 전해질 조성물을 도포 및 경화하여 제 2 전해질을 포함하는 음극-전해질 결합체를 제조하고, 분리막 상에 제 3 겔 고분자 전해질 조성물을 도포 및 경화하여 제 3 전해질을 포함하는 분리막-전해질 결합체를 제조하는 단계;
b) 양극, 상기 분리막-전해질 결합체 및 상기 음극전해질 결합체를 적층하여 전극조립체를 제조하는 단계; 및
c) 상기 전극조립체를 포장재로 밀봉한 후, 액체전해질을 주입하는 단계;
를 포함하며,
상기 제 2 전해질 및 제 3 전해질은 각각 가교 고분자 매트릭스를 이루는 단량체의 종류 또는 함량이 상이하며, 상기 제 2 전해질, 제 3 전해질 및 액체전해질에서 선택되는 적어도 하나 이상은 이온전도도가 상이한 것인 전기화학 소자의 제조방법. - 제 19항 내지 제 21항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 b)단계는
b-1) 상기 양극 또는 양극-전해질 결합체, 분리막 또는 분리막-전해질 결합체 및 음극 또는 음극-전해질 결합체를 적층한 후 일정 모양으로 컷팅하여 전극조립체를 제조하는 단계; 또는
b-2) 상기 양극 또는 양극-전해질 결합체, 분리막 또는 분리막-전해질 결합체 및 음극 또는 음극-전해질 결합체를 각각 일정 모양으로 컷팅한 후 적층하여 전극조립체를 제조하는 단계;
에서 선택되는 것인 전기화학 소자의 제조방법. - ㄱ) 양극 상에 제 1 겔 고분자 전해질 조성물을 도포 및 경화하여 제 1 전해질을 포함하는 양극-전해질 결합체를 제조하고, 음극 상에 제 2 겔 고분자 전해질 조성물을 도포 및 경화하여 제 2 전해질을 포함하는 음극-전해질 결합체를 제조하고, 분리막 상에 제 3 겔 고분자 전해질 조성물을 도포 및 경화하여 제 3 전해질을 포함하는 분리막-전해질 결합체를 제조하는 단계; 및
ㄴ) 상기 양극-전해질 결합체, 분리막-전해질 결합체 및 음극-전해질 결합체를 적층하여 전극조립체를 제조하는 단계;
를 포함하며,
상기 제 1 전해질, 제 2 전해질 및 제 3 전해질에서 선택되는 적어도 하나 이상은 가교 고분자 매트릭스를 이루는 단량체의 종류 또는 함량이 상이하며, 상기 제 2 전해질, 제 3 전해질 및 액체전해질에서 선택되는 적어도 하나 이상은 이온전도도가 상이한 것인 전기화학 소자의 제조방법. - 제 23항에 있어서,
상기 ㄴ)단계는
ㄴ-1) 상기 양극-전해질 결합체, 분리막-전해질 결합체 및 음극-전해질 결합체를 적층한 후 일정 모양으로 컷팅하는 단계; 또는
ㄴ-2) 상기 양극-전해질 결합체, 분리막-전해질 결합체 및 음극-전해질 결합체를 각각 일정 모양으로 커팅한 후 적층하는 단계;
에서 선택되는 것인 전기화학 소자의 제조방법. - 제 23항에 있어서,
상기 ㄴ)단계 후, ㄷ) 상기 전극조립체를 포장재로 밀봉하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것인 전기화학 소자의 제조방법.
